कोडरमा में जमीन विवाद को लेकर हंगामा, अबुआ आवास निर्माण पर रोक

कोडरमा: जिले के नवलशाही थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत फुलवरिया ग्राम बीघा में जमीनी विवाद को लेकर दो पक्षों के बीच तनाव उत्पन्न हो गया। विवादित जमीन पर महेंद्र मेहता द्वारा अबुआ आवास योजना के तहत घर बनाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा था, जिसे दूसरे पक्ष ने रोक दिया।

निर्माण को लेकर दोनों पक्षों में टकराव

महेंद्र मेहता का कहना है कि उन्हें अबुआ आवास योजना के तहत मकान मिला है, लेकिन निर्माण कार्य शुरू करने पर स्थानीय लोगों ने इसका विरोध किया। उन्होंने बताया कि पुराना मिट्टी का घर टूट जाने के कारण वे किराए के मकान में रहने को मजबूर हैं, लेकिन अब जब उन्हें सरकारी योजना के तहत आवास मिला है, तब भी निर्माण नहीं करने दिया जा रहा।

वहीं, दूसरा पक्ष इस जमीन पर अपना दावा पेश कर रहा है और कह रहा है कि यह भूमि उनकी है, इसलिए वे किसी को यहां निर्माण कार्य नहीं करने देंगे। इस विवाद के चलते गांव में माहौल तनावपूर्ण हो गया।

प्रशासन ने दिया निर्माण कार्य जारी रखने का आदेश

इस मामले में डोमचांच अंचल अधिकारी (सीईओ) ने महेंद्र मेहता को आवास निर्माण की अनुमति दे दी। बावजूद इसके, मिथिलेश कुमार मेहता, हरिलाल मेहता, रूपलाल मेहता, कृष्ण कुमार मेहता, जितेंद्र कुमार मेहता, लाल कुमार मेहता, संजय मेहता, विजय मेहता, डब्लू कुमार मेहता और बिट्टू कुमार मेहता सहित कई अन्य लोगों ने निर्माण कार्य को जबरन रोक दिया।

प्रभावित पक्ष ने प्रशासन से की हस्तक्षेप की मांग

महेंद्र मेहता ने प्रशासन से मामले में हस्तक्षेप करने और निर्माण कार्य को निर्बाध रूप से जारी रखने की अपील की। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकारी योजना के तहत उन्हें मकान मिला है, लेकिन जमीन विवाद के चलते वे अपने अधिकार से वंचित हो रहे हैं।

स्थिति पर प्रशासन की निगरानी

विवाद को लेकर स्थानीय प्रशासन मामले की निगरानी कर रहा है और जल्द समाधान निकालने की कोशिश में है। पुलिस भी स्थिति पर नजर बनाए हुए है ताकि किसी भी अप्रिय घटना को रोका जा सके।
