गुमला: सरहुल जुलूस में शामिल होने आ रहे ग्रामीणों का ऑटो (टेंपो) बुधवार को अनियंत्रित होकर बांसडीह घाटी में खाई में गिर गया, जिससे वाहन में आग लग गई। इस दुर्घटना में ऑटो में सवार छह लोग घायल हो गए, जिन्हें तुरंत गुमला सदर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों की निगरानी में उनका इलाज चल रहा है।
तेज रफ्तार बनी हादसे की वजह
प्राप्त जानकारी के अनुसार, कुकरूंजा गांव के लोग तीन ऑटो (टेंपो) में सवार होकर सरहुल जुलूस में भाग लेने गुमला जिला मुख्यालय आ रहे थे। जैसे ही उनका काफिला बांसडीह घाटी पहुंचा, सबसे आगे चल रहा एक ऑटो (टेंपो) अचानक अनियंत्रित हो गया और खाई में जा गिरा। गिरते ही ऑटो में आग लग गई, जिससे अफरा-तफरी मच गई।
स्थानीय लोगों ने घायलों को बचाया
पीछे से आ रहे अन्य दो ऑटो (टेंपो) में सवार ग्रामीणों ने तुरंत मौके पर पहुंचकर आग बुझाने का प्रयास किया और वाहन में फंसे यात्रियों को बाहर निकाला। इस हादसे में पाचो देवी, सुक्खू उरांव, ईश्वर उरांव, लोका कोरबा, सुखनी देवी और ऑटो चालक गंभीर रूप से घायल हो गए।
अस्पताल में घायलों का इलाज जारी
घायलों को आनन-फानन में गुमला सदर अस्पताल पहुंचाया गया, जहां डॉक्टरों की टीम उनका इलाज कर रही है। हादसे की सूचना मिलते ही स्थानीय प्रशासन भी अस्पताल पहुंचा और पीड़ितों का हालचाल जाना।
ग्रामीणों की सूझबूझ से टला बड़ा हादसा
यदि समय रहते ग्रामीण मदद के लिए आगे न आते, तो यह हादसा और भी भयावह हो सकता था। प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार, आग तेजी से फैल रही थी, लेकिन ग्रामीणों की त्वरित कार्रवाई से सभी यात्रियों को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाल लिया गया।
प्रशासन ने इस दुर्घटना की जांच शुरू कर दी है और दुर्घटना के कारणों का पता लगाया जा रहा है।
