भूमि सीमांकन में पारदर्शिता लाने झारखंड सरकार की पहल, SMS अलर्ट सेवा की शुरुआत

गुमला: झारखंड सरकार ने भूमि सीमांकन प्रक्रिया को अधिक पारदर्शी और तेज बनाने की दिशा में एक नया कदम उठाया है। अब झारभूमि पोर्टल के लैंड डिमार्केशन मॉड्यूल में SMS सूचना प्रणाली को शामिल कर दिया गया है, जिससे आवेदकों को सीमांकन संबंधित अद्यतन जानकारी सीधे उनके मोबाइल पर प्राप्त होगी।

नई व्यवस्था के तहत जैसे ही अंचल अधिकारी द्वारा सीमांकन वाद के लिए आवेदन शुल्क की जानकारी अपडेट की जाती है, उसी क्षण संबंधित आवेदक के पंजीकृत मोबाइल नंबर पर एक SMS अलर्ट भेजा जाएगा। यह संदेश आवेदक को शुल्क भुगतान की प्रक्रिया पूरी करने के लिए निर्देशित करेगा।

SMS का प्रारूप इस प्रकार होगा:

“भूमि सीमांकन वाद संख्या [#var#], मौजा [#var#], अंचल [#var#], जिला [#var#] की शुल्क भुगतान हेतु लिंक जनरेट हो गया है। कृपया झारभूमि पोर्टल पर लॉगिन कर शीघ्र भुगतान सुनिश्चित करें। अधिक जानकारी के लिए दिए गए लिंक पर क्लिक करें। [#var#] JHARBHOOMI GOJ”

इस सेवा की शुरुआत से आवेदकों को बार-बार कार्यालय के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ेंगे, साथ ही उन्हें अपने सीमांकन वाद की स्थिति और अगली प्रक्रिया के बारे में समय पर जानकारी प्राप्त होगी।

सरकार का उद्देश्य इस डिजिटल पहल के माध्यम से सरकारी सेवाओं में पारदर्शिता लाना, भ्रष्टाचार को कम करना और नागरिकों को अधिक सुविधा प्रदान करना है। झारभूमि पोर्टल पर आधारित यह सेवा राज्यभर में लागू की जा रही है, जिससे हजारों नागरिकों को लाभ मिलने की उम्मीद है।
