गुमला – गुमला जिला में इन दिनों लगातार नाबालिक लड़कीयों (किशोरियों) के साथ बलात्कार की घटनाओं में काफी वृद्धि हुई हैं. एक पीड़ित मां ने अपनी नाबालिग 12 वर्षीय पुत्री के साथ पांच युवकों द्वारा सामुहिक बलात्कार किए जाने के संबंध में मंगलवार की संध्या पांच बजे गुमला सदर थाना में लिखित आवेदन में बताया की 10 अप्रैल 2025 को उसकी नाबालिक बेटी सिसई थाना स्थित एक गांव में शादी समारोह में गई हुई थी. इसी क्रम में पांच युवकों ने शादी समारोह स्थल से नाबालिग लड़की को जबरन उठाकर ले गए और सुनसान स्थान पर ले जाकर दो घंटे तक बारी-बारी से सामूहिक बलात्कार किया।
घटना को अंजाम देने के बाद पीड़िता को धमकी भी दी की यदि वह इसकी जानकारीं किसी को देती है तो उसे जान से मार दिया जायेगा। फलस्वरूप किशोरी ने उसके शरीर में होने वाले असहनीय दर्द होने के बावजूद घटना की जानकारी किसी को नहीं दी। लेकिन जब उसकी शारीरिक कष्ट बढ़ने लगी तो उसने घटना की जानकारी अपनी मां को दी। बालिका द्वारा बताया गया की उसे आरोपियों का चेहरा तो याद नहीं परन्तु यदि पहचान करवाई जाए तो वह सभी को चिन्हित कर लेगी। लिखित आवेदन प्राप्त होते ही गुमला सदर थाना पुलिस ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें, पॉस्को एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया।
दुसरी बलात्कार की घटना सिसई थाना क्षेत्र में एक अन्य किशोरी के साथ घाटी। घटना की जानकारी देते हुए सिसई थाना प्रभारी संतोष कुमार सिंह ने बताया की पीड़िता की माँ के द्वारा सिसई थाना में एक आवेदन दर्ज करवाई गई है जिसमे यह बताया गया है की उनकी पुत्री ‘अपने निजी कार्य से घर से निकली थी , और रात्रि में घर नहीं आईं। जब वह दूसरे दिन घर लौटी तो उसने अपनी आप-बीती बाताई। सिसई थाना क्षेत्र के एक नाबालिक लड़के ने उसे जबरन अपने घर ले गया और रात भर अपने घर में जबरदस्ती रखा। इसके अतिरिक्त उसने घिनौनी वारदात को अंजाम दिया।’ आवेदन प्राप्त होते ही, सिसई थाना प्रभारी ने त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुयें पोस्को एक्ट के तहत मामला दर्ज किया है। मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए गहराई से पूछताछ और छानबीन शुरू कर दी गई है और बहुत जल्द ही उस आरोपी को हिरासत में लेते हुए संबंधित कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
