गुमला में अवैध कट्टा लहराकर ग्रामीणों को धमकाने वाला युवक गिरफ्तार, न्यायिक हिरासत में भेजा गया

गुमला | 10 अप्रैल 2025 — झारखंड के गुमला जिला अंतर्गत चैनपुर थाना क्षेत्र में एक युवक को अवैध हथियार के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया है। आरोपी पर आरोप है कि वह ग्रामीणों को अवैध देशी कट्टे (पिस्तौल) का भय दिखाकर डराने-धमकाने का प्रयास कर रहा था। पुलिस ने गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर कार्रवाई करते हुए उसे धर दबोचा और आर्म्स एक्ट के तहत न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत कर गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया है।

गुप्त सूचना के आधार पर की गई त्वरित छापेमारी

चैनपुर थाना के सहायक अवर निरीक्षक निर्मल राय ने बताया कि उन्हें सूचना मिली थी कि केड़ेग गांव निवासी शनि जय पॉल खलखो अवैध कट्टे के साथ ग्रामीणों को भयभीत कर रहा है। सूचना मिलते ही एक विशेष छापामारी दल गठित कर उक्त युवक के ठिकाने पर दबिश दी गई, जहां उसे एक देसी कट्टा के साथ गिरफ्तार किया गया।

“गुप्त सूचना की पुष्टि होते ही पुलिस ने बिना देरी किए कार्रवाई की और आरोपी को हथियार के साथ रंगे हाथों पकड़ा,” — सअनि निर्मल राय।

पुलिस पूछताछ के बाद आरोपी को भेजा गया जेल

गिरफ्तारी के बाद आरोपी को चैनपुर थाना लाया गया, जहां उससे पूछताछ की गई। प्रारंभिक जांच के बाद उसे गुमला न्यायालय में प्रस्तुत किया गया, जहां से उसे न्यायिक हिरासत में गुमला जेल भेज दिया गया। पुलिस अब यह भी जांच कर रही है कि यह हथियार कहां से लाया गया और इसका उद्देश्य क्या था।
