गुमला : – गुमला जिला समाहरणालय स्थित सभागार में सुखदेव भगत, सांसद, लोहरदगा लोकसभा सह -अध्यक्ष-दिशा की अध्यक्षता में विधायक प्रतिनिधि श्री राजनील तिग्गा, दिशा कमिटी के सदस्यों, गुमला जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष,मुखिया प्रखंड प्रमुख की उपस्थिति में जिला विकास समन्वय एवं अनुश्रवण समिति (DISHA) की बैठक का आयोजन किया गया। उक्त बैठक में सर्वप्रथम विगत बैठक की कार्रवाई का अनुपालन प्रतिवेदन सहित जिला अंतर्गत विभिन्न विभागों के माध्यम से संचालित विकास व जनकल्याण की योजनाओं के अद्यतन प्रतिवेदन का संलग्न जिलास्तरीय पदाधिकारी, कार्यपालक अभियंता की उपस्थिति में बिंदुबार समीक्षा कर योजना तहत अधिकाधिक जनों को आच्छादित करने के तदर्थ बैठक में प्राप्त विभिन्न सुझावों पर विस्तार पूर्वक चर्चा और विचार-विमर्श किया गया।
सांसद लोहरदगा लोकसभा क्षेत्र सुखदेव भगत के द्वारा समीक्षा के क्रम में पेयजल विभाग को निर्देशित किया गया कि ग्रीष्म ऋतु को देखते हुए हर घर नल से जल पहुंचने का कार्य शत प्रतिशत सुनिश्चित करेंगे। साथ ही साथ जानकारी भी मांगी गई कि अब तक जिले के कितने घरों में नल से जल पहुंचाया जा चुका है। सम्बंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया गया कि जिले में जहां कहीं भी खराब पड़े हैंडपंप या जल जीवन मिशन के तहत लगाए मोटर खराब हैं, उसे चिन्हित करते हुए उसकी मरम्मती का कार्य शीघ्र सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
JSLPS की समीक्षा के क्रम में सांसद द्वारा कहा गया कि यहां की महिलाएं रागी एवं मकई के क्षेत्र में बहुत ही बेहतर काम कर रही हैं। इस काम से महिलाएं आत्मनिर्भर हो रहीं। यह एक अच्छा संकेत है ग्रामीण महिलाओं के लिए। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि एफपीओ व एसएचजी की दीदियां गांव की अन्य महिलाओं को जागरूक भी करें। गांव में अब भी जागरूकता की कमी है। डायन प्रथा, संपदर्श एवं प्रसव हेतु पारम्परिक तरीके का प्रयोग ना करें,इसके लिए लोगों को जागरूक करना जरूरी है। नुक्कड़ नाटक के जरिए लोगों को इन कुरीतियों से अवगत कराएं।
बैठक के क्रम में जिला विकास समन्वय एवं अनुश्रवण समिति (DISHA) के सदस्यों द्वारा कई अहम मुद्दों को उठाया गया। जिसमें स्वास्थ्य, सड़क,नाली,जन कल्याणकारी योजनाएं एवं अन्य जन सरोकार से जुड़े मुद्दे शामिल हैं। इस संबंध में सांसद ने संबंधित पदाधिकारी को जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई करने हेतु निर्देशित किया।
बैठक में सांसद के द्वारा सरकार द्वारा संचालित जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति की जांच करने हेतु जिला स्तरीय पदाधिकारी और जनप्रतिनिधियों को स्थल पर जाकर योजना की प्रगति का जांच करने हेतु निर्देशित किया गया।
बैठक में मुख्य रूप से उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी,पुलिस अधीक्षक शंभु कुमार सिंह,उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो, पीडी आईटीडीए निदेशक रीना हांसदा,अपर समाहर्ता शैलेन्द्र बड़ाईक,जिला वन पदाधिकारी बेलाल अहमद,जिला अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी चैनपुर,बसिया,गुमला, सिविल सर्जन ,जिला कृषि पदाधिकारी,जिला उद्यान पदाधिकारी,जिला मत्स्य पदाधिकारी,जिला भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता प्रमंडल,जिला खनन पदाधिकारी,सभी कार्यपालक अभियंता, जिला अग्रणी प्रबंधक,जिला कार्यक्रम प्रबंधक,जेएसएलपीएस, पंचायत स्तरीय जनप्रतिनिधि व अन्य उपस्थित रहें।
