जनजातीय अध्ययन केंद्र प्रारंभ करना विभावि की प्राथमिकता: कुलपति प्रोफेसर दिनेश कुमार सिंह

स्थानीय सांसद एवं पद्म पुरस्कार विजेता से लिया जाएगा मार्गदर्शन

विस्तृत प्रस्ताव बनाने के लिए मानवविज्ञान विभाग को दिया है दायित्व

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय मुख्यालय में अवस्थित जनजातीय अध्ययन केंद्र भवन में पठन-पाठन एवं अन्य गतिविधियों को प्रारंभ करना विश्वविद्यालय की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता में है। इस संबंध में बहुत जल्द स्थानीय सांसद श्री मनीष जायसवाल एवं पद्म पुरस्कार विजेता तथा जनजातीय मामलों के विशेषज्ञ श्री अल्फ्रेड बुलू ईमान से मार्गदर्शन हेतु संपर्क किया जाएगा। उक्त जानकारी विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेसर दिनेश कुमार सिंह ने सोमवार को विश्वविद्यालय के जनसंपर्क पदाधिकारी डॉ सुकल्याण मोइत्रा को दी।

उन्होंने बताया कि जनजातीय अध्ययन केंद्र भवन के निरीक्षण के उपरांत उन्होंने मानव विज्ञान विभाग के अध्यक्ष डॉ विनोद रंजन को 28 अप्रैल 2025 को इस संबंध में प्रस्ताव बनाने का दायित्व दिया है। प्रस्ताव का प्रारूप 2 मइ को समर्पित करने को कहा गया है। ज्ञात हो कि विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय का मानव विज्ञान विभाग जनजातीय अध्ययन एवं शोध मे कीर्तिमान स्थापित करने के लिए जाना जाता है। जल्द विश्वविद्यालय का जनजातीय एवं क्षेत्रीय भाषा (टिआरएल) विभाग को इस कार्य से जोड़ा जाएगा। कुलपति ने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय मुख्यालय में कार्यरत जनजाति शिक्षक एवं जनजाति मामलों के जानकार शिक्षकों को भी इसमें शामिल करते हुए एक उच्च स्तरीय समिति का गठन शीघ्र किया जाएगा।

प्रोफेसर दिनेश कुमार सिंह ने बताया कि झारखंड में और विशेष कर विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय के क्षेत्र में जनजातियों की एक बहुत बड़ी और खूबसूरत आबादी है। इसी को देखते हुए विश्वविद्यालय ने जनजातीय अध्ययन केंद्र भवन का प्रस्ताव केंद्र सरकार को समर्पित किया था। अब इसमें जनजातीय अध्ययन एवं शोध हेतु पुस्तकालय की स्थापना तथा जनजाति एवं क्षेत्रीय भाषाओं का अलग-अलग स्तर पर अध्ययन की व्यवस्था किया जाना है। इसके अलावे इस परिसर के समक्ष एक जनजातीय अखड़ा का निर्माण किया जाएगा। साथ ही इस भवन में उच्च स्तरीय तथा आधुनिक जनजातीय संग्रहालय की स्थापना होना है। इसमें डिजिटल संग्रहालय की तकनीक का भी उपयोग किया जाएगा। उन्होंने बताया कि इस संबंध में दिल्ली के कुछ विशेषज्ञ से वह बात कर रहे हैं।

कुलपति ने बताया कि पहले चरण में प्रस्ताव का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। विश्वविद्यालय में कोई भी कार्य करने के लिए संबंधित प्रक्रियाओं को पूर्ण करना पड़ता है। इसमें राजभवन तथा झारखंड सरकार का उच्च शिक्षा मंत्रालय से भी अनुमति लेनी पड़ती है। इसमें कुछ समय लगते हैं।

उन्होंने आगे कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा समर्पित प्रस्ताव को राजभवन तथा राज्य सरकार से स्वीकृति मिलने में जो समय लगेगा उस समय का भी सदुपयोग करते हुए इस भवन में आसपास के जनजाति एवं अन्य ग्रामीण समुदाय के लोगों के लिए कुछ छोटे-छोटे व्यावसायिक प्रशिक्षण की व्यवस्था की जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा “अभी जनजातीय अध्ययन केंद्र भवन में ताला लगा हुआ है जिसे देखकर मुझे पीड़ा हो रही है।”

कुलपति ने कहा कि वह भारत का अग्रणी कृषि विश्वविद्यालय से आए हैं और चाहते हैं कि उनके इस पृष्ठभूमि का लाभ हजारीबाग एवं आसपास के जिलों के लोगों को मिले।
