गुमला में हर शनिवार लगेगा ‘ई-जनशिकायत दरबार’, सीधे उपायुक्त से जुड़ सकेंगे आम नागरिक

गुमला, अप्रैल 30, 2025 — गुमला जिला प्रशासन ने आम जनता की समस्याओं के समाधान को सुगम और प्रभावी बनाने के लिए एक अभिनव पहल की शुरुआत की है। अब जिले के सभी प्रखंडों में प्रत्येक शनिवार को “ई-जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस” आयोजित किया जाएगा, जहां लोग सीधे उपायुक्त से अपनी शिकायतें ऑनलाइन माध्यम से साझा कर सकेंगे।

यह कार्यक्रम Google Meet के जरिए आयोजित होगा, जिसमें नागरिक अपने नजदीकी प्रखंड कार्यालय पहुंचकर प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी (BDO) की मदद से अपनी समस्याएं उपायुक्त के समक्ष रख सकेंगे। कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य प्रशासन और जनता के बीच संवाद को सशक्त बनाना और जनसमस्याओं का शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित करना है।

प्रत्येक शनिवार को तय तारीखों पर होगा आयोजन

जिले के अलग-अलग प्रखंडों में इस ई-जनशिकायत कार्यक्रम का आयोजन तय तिथियों पर होगा। प्रशासन द्वारा जारी कार्यक्रम के अनुसार:

3 मई 2025: पालकोट एवं रायडीह

10 मई 2025: घाघरा एवं बिशुनपुर

17 मई 2025: चैनपुर एवं डुमरी

24 मई 2025: भरनो एवं जारी

31 मई 2025: बसिया एवं पालकोट

कार्यक्रम का समय प्रत्येक शनिवार सुबह 10:30 बजे निर्धारित किया गया है।

कैसे करें भागीदारी

गुमला जिले के नागरिक, जो किसी सरकारी सेवा, योजना, या प्रशासनिक व्यवस्था से जुड़ी शिकायत या सुझाव रखना चाहते हैं, वे उक्त तिथि को अपने संबंधित प्रखंड कार्यालय में जाकर कार्यक्रम में भाग ले सकते हैं। वहां से उन्हें वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से उपायुक्त से जोड़ दिया जाएगा।

प्रशासन का मानना है कि इस पहल से ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों तक प्रभावी शासन की पहुंच बनेगी और नागरिकों को अपनी बात सीधे शीर्ष प्रशासनिक अधिकारी तक पहुंचाने का अवसर मिलेगा।
