गुमला में बैंक से निकाले गए 1.25 लाख की डिक्की से चोरी, CCTV में कैद हुई वारदात

गुमला, 30 अप्रैल 2025 — गुमला शहर में दिनदहाड़े हुई एक सुनियोजित चोरी की घटना ने जिले की बैंकिंग सुरक्षा व्यवस्था पर गंभीर सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं। चैनपुर निवासी गोपाल लोहारा से 1.25 लाख रुपये की राशि उस वक्त चोरी हो गई जब उन्होंने बैंक से पैसे निकालकर उसे अपनी मोटरसाइकिल की डिक्की में रखा था और पास के डीके मार्ट में खरीदारी कर रहे थे।

घटना गुमला थाना से महज 50 मीटर दूर लोहरदगा रोड स्थित डीके मार्ट के बाहर की है, जहां गोपाल लोहारा ने मंगलवार को अपनी बाइक खड़ी कर दुकान में प्रवेश किया। इसी दौरान दो अज्ञात अपराधियों ने रेकी कर डिक्की से रकम पार कर दी। एक आरोपी ने पहले बाइक पर लदे मैदा के बोरे जमीन पर गिराए और फिर मास्टर चाबी से डिक्की खोलकर 1,25,000 रुपये निकाल लिए। इसके बाद वह अपने पहले से तैयार खड़े सहयोगी की बाइक पर सवार होकर मौके से फरार हो गया।

CCTV फुटेज से मिला अहम सुराग

घटना की सूचना मिलते ही गुमला सदर थाना पुलिस हरकत में आई और आसपास लगे सभी सीसीटीवी फुटेज को खंगालना शुरू कर दिया है। पुलिस अधिकारियों का कहना है कि फुटेज में आरोपियों की गतिविधियां साफ नजर आ रही हैं और जल्द ही उनकी पहचान कर गिरफ्तारी की जाएगी।

गोपाल लोहारा, जो स्थानीय स्तर पर धान खरीद-बिक्री का कार्य करते हैं, ने बताया कि उन्होंने यह राशि पालकोट रोड स्थित भारतीय स्टेट बैंक की मुख्य शाखा से निकाली थी। उन्होंने पैसे को मोटरसाइकिल की डिक्की में रखकर ऊपर दो बोरे मैदा रख दिए थे और रस्सी से बांध भी दिया था। लेकिन बदमाशों ने पूरी योजना के तहत बैंक से उनका पीछा किया और मौके की तलाश में डीके मार्ट तक पहुंच गए।

बैंक व एटीएम सुरक्षा पर सवाल

स्थानीय नागरिकों और व्यापारियों का आरोप है कि जिले के बैंकों और एटीएम में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था बेहद लचर है। उन्होंने बैंक कर्मचारियों की निष्क्रियता और संभावित मिलीभगत की ओर इशारा करते हुए प्रशासन से सख्त कार्रवाई की मांग की है।

एक स्थानीय नागरिक ने नाराजगी जताते हुए कहा, “जब बैंक और एटीएम परिसर के अंदर-बाहर असामाजिक तत्वों की मौजूदगी आम हो जाए और अपराधी खुलेआम रेकी कर वारदात को अंजाम दें, तो सवाल उठता है कि आखिर जिम्मेदार कौन है?”

थाने में दी गई शिकायत, कार्रवाई की उम्मीद

पीड़ित गोपाल लोहारा ने गुमला सदर थाना में लिखित शिकायत दर्ज कराई है और चोरी की गई रकम की बरामदगी की गुहार लगाई है। पुलिस का कहना है कि जांच तेज कर दी गई है और जल्द ही दोषियों को पकड़कर जेल भेजा जाएगा।
