गुमला में समाज कल्याण योजनाओं की गहन समीक्षा: उप विकास आयुक्त ने दिए त्वरित सुधार के निर्देश

गुमला, 2 मई 2025 — उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में जिला समाज कल्याण विभाग की योजनाओं की एक समीक्षात्मक बैठक आज गुमला में संपन्न हुई। इस बैठक का मुख्य उद्देश्य महिला, बाल विकास एवं सामाजिक सुरक्षा विभाग द्वारा संचालित कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की प्रगति और प्रभावशीलता की समीक्षा करना था।

योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में गुणवत्ता और गति पर दिया गया ज़ोर

बैठक के दौरान पोषण ट्रैकर ऐप में लाभुकों का पंजीकरण, आधार सत्यापन, वजन मापन, गृह भ्रमण रिपोर्ट, तथा प्रधानमंत्री मातृ वंदना योजना, सावित्रीबाई फुले किशोरी समृद्धि योजना और मुख्यमंत्री कन्यादान योजना जैसी प्रमुख योजनाओं की विस्तार से समीक्षा की गई।

उप विकास आयुक्त महतो ने निर्देश दिया कि पोषण ट्रैकर ऐप में डेटा अद्यतन करने की प्रक्रिया तेज़ की जाए और सभी बच्चों के परिजनों का आधार कार्ड जल्द से जल्द अपलोड किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा, “वजन मापन की 100 प्रतिशत एंट्री सुनिश्चित करना जरूरी है ताकि बच्चों की पोषण स्थिति का वास्तविक आकलन हो सके।“

घर-घर पहुंच बनाकर योजनाओं को सफल बनाने का आह्वान

महिला पर्यवेक्षिकाओं को विशेष रूप से गर्भवती महिलाओं की पहचान करने, उन्हें सरकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी देने और सुविधाओं से जोड़ने के निर्देश दिए गए। उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा कि लाभुकों तक योजनाओं की जानकारी पहुंचाने में गृह भ्रमण एक सशक्त माध्यम है जिसे गंभीरता से लिया जाना चाहिए।

अधोसंरचना सुधार और नियुक्तियों पर फोकस

बैठक में सेविका और सहायिका पदों पर रिक्तियों को भरने की प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने, आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की मरम्मत, नवीनीकरण, शौचालय, बिजली और पेयजल जैसी बुनियादी सुविधाओं को सुनिश्चित करने पर भी बल दिया गया।

पालकोट, बसिया और सिसई के कई आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों में खराब पड़े चापाकलों को शीघ्र मरम्मत कराने और गर्मी को ध्यान में रखते हुए हर केंद्र में पीने के पानी की समुचित व्यवस्था करने के स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए गए।

व्यापक सहभागिता रही बैठक में

यह बैठक वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से सभी प्रखंड बाल विकास परियोजना पदाधिकारियों (CDPOs) की भागीदारी के साथ आयोजित हुई। इसमें जिला समाज कल्याण पदाधिकारी, महिला पर्यवेक्षिका, और अन्य विभागीय अधिकारी-कर्मी भी उपस्थित थे।
