ज़मीनी कार्य में ढिलाई बर्दाश्त नहीं: उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने दी चेतावनी, कल्याण योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक में अफसरों को लगाई फटकार

गुमला में छात्रवृत्ति, जलापूर्ति, आवासीय विद्यालयों समेत विभिन्न योजनाओं की प्रगति पर बिंदुवार चर्चा, सुधार के निर्देश

गुमला, 6 मई 2025 — गुमला उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में कल्याण विभाग द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसमें कई अहम बिंदुओं पर गंभीरता से चर्चा हुई। उपायुक्त ने स्पष्ट निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि “सिर्फ कागजों में रिपोर्ट देना काफी नहीं, योजनाओं का असर ज़मीन पर दिखना चाहिए।”

बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त ने कल्याण विभाग के 12 आवासीय विद्यालयों, छात्रावासों, शौचालय, पेयजल, और भवन मरम्मत जैसे विषयों की बिंदुवार समीक्षा की। उरांव छात्रावास में शौचालय की दुर्दशा और एसएस प्लस टू हाई स्कूल में पानी की किल्लत पर उन्होंने नाराज़गी जताई और संबंधित अधिकारियों को तत्काल सुधार के निर्देश दिए।

छात्रवृत्ति और साइकिल वितरण पर ज़ोर

उपायुक्त ने पोस्ट मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजना के तहत शत-प्रतिशत विद्यार्थियों का पंजीकरण सुनिश्चित करने और लंबित आवेदनों की तुरंत जांच करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी को छात्रवृत्ति आवेदन की स्वीकृति प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने को कहा।
साथ ही साइकिल वितरण योजना की भी समीक्षा की गई, जिसमें उपायुक्त ने पात्र विद्यार्थियों को समयबद्ध तरीके से साइकिल वितरित करने का आदेश दिया।

निर्माण कार्यों में लापरवाही पर चेतावनी

अपूर्ण निर्माण कार्यों और तय मानकों पर खरे न उतरने वाले प्रोजेक्ट्स को लेकर उपायुक्त ने सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए कहा कि, “यदि संवेदक समय पर कार्य पूरा नहीं करता है तो संबंधित पदाधिकारी जिम्मेदार माने जाएंगे और उनके विरुद्ध दंडात्मक कार्रवाई की जाएगी।”

जलापूर्ति और ऋण योजनाएं भी रडार पर

डुमरी और अंजन ग्रामीण जलापूर्ति योजनाओं की धीमी प्रगति पर उपायुक्त ने चिंता जताई और लंबित कार्यों को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने का निर्देश दिया।
इसके अलावा कल्याण विभाग की ऋण योजना पर चर्चा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने ऋण लेने वाले लाभुकों से सम्पर्क स्थापित कर राशि की वसूली पर जोर दिया।

PVTG और JTDS योजनाओं की समीक्षा

बैठक में PVTG समुदाय और JTDS योजनाओं की भी समीक्षा की गई। उपायुक्त ने FPO (फार्मर प्रोड्यूसर ऑर्गेनाइजेशन) से जुड़ी जानकारी ली और कहा कि प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट लगाने में जिला प्रशासन हर संभव सहयोग करेगा। उन्होंने यह भी सुनिश्चित करने को कहा कि सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ वंचित समुदायों तक अवश्य पहुँचे।

इस समीक्षा बैठक में परियोजना निदेशक ITDA, जिला कल्याण पदाधिकारी, पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता, जिला परिषद, माइनर इरिगेशन समेत अन्य विभागीय अभियंता और अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
