गुमला – गुमला जिला प्रशासन गुमला द्वारा शिक्षा कर भेंट गतिविधि अंतर्गत तीन प्रेरक शिक्षकों को साप्ताहिक रूप से दिए जा रहे टीचर ऑफ द मंथ अवार्ड के तहत आज सिसई प्रखंड के इसरारूल हक अंसारी, अल्बर्ट एक्का जारी प्रखंड की विक्टोरिया एक्का एवं चैनपुर प्रखंड के सूरजनाथ सिंह को चयनित किया गया।
ज्ञात हो कि उपायुक्त गुमला द्वारा शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्टता के निमित “प्रोजेक्ट अजीत – प्रेरणा से परिवर्तन की ओर” गतिविधि की शुरुआत की गई है जिसके अंतर्गत विद्यालयों में निचली कक्षाओं के लिए आकर्षक वर्ग कक्ष एवं नवाचारी रीडिंग कार्नर सहित प्रेरणा मंच संबंधी कार्य किए गए हैं । साथ ही जिले के सभी प्रखंड में अवस्थित शिक्षा संकुल को बच्चों की शैक्षणिक व्यवस्था में उत्कृष्टता हेतु सहगामी बनाते हुए सभी संकुल में भी शिक्षा संवाद, शिक्षकों की मासिक बैठक एवं नवाचार प्रोत्साहन सहित टीएलएम बैंक संबंधी नवाचारी कार्य आरंभ कराए गए हैं तथा सभी प्रखंड के बीपीओ एवं प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को इनके अनुपालन के लिए जवाबदेह बनाया गया है।
इस अवसर पर उपायुक्त द्वारा बताया गया कि शिक्षकों को बेहतर कार्य हेतु प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से प्रेरक शिक्षकों के सम्मान की कल्पना की गई है तथा प्रत्येक सप्ताह तीन प्रखंड से एक एक प्रेरक शिक्षकों का चयन करते हुए जिला प्रशासन द्वारा प्रशस्ति पत्र दिए जा रहे हैं।
