गुमला, मई 2025 — आम लोगों की शिकायतों को सीधे प्रशासन के शीर्ष तक पहुंचाने और उनका शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से गुमला जिले में साप्ताहिक ई-जनशिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन शुक्रवार को किया गया। उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी की अध्यक्षता में हुए इस कार्यक्रम में घाघरा और बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के नागरिकों ने वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के माध्यम से जुड़कर अपनी समस्याएं साझा कीं।
इस कार्यक्रम में दोनों प्रखंडों से लगभग 20 आवेदकों ने भाग लिया और विभिन्न मुद्दों को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा। प्रस्तुत शिकायतों में सहिया की नियुक्ति, पुल व सड़क निर्माण, पेयजल संकट, जलमीनार की मरम्मत, सिंचाई सुविधा, प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, मंईया सम्मान योजना की राशि, तथा राशन कार्ड में नाम जोड़ने जैसे जनहित से जुड़े महत्वपूर्ण विषय शामिल थे।
उपायुक्त सत्यार्थी ने प्रत्येक समस्या को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए संबंधित प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारियों को मौके पर ही आवश्यक निर्देश दिए और कई मामलों का ऑन द स्पॉट समाधान सुनिश्चित किया। विशेष रूप से मंईया सम्मान योजना को लेकर कई ग्रामीण महिलाओं ने अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज कीं, जिन पर उपायुक्त ने जांच कर आवश्यक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिए।
उपायुक्त ने कहा, “प्रशासन आमजन की समस्याओं को प्राथमिकता पर लेकर उनके त्वरित समाधान के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। स्थानीय स्तर पर जिन शिकायतों का निपटारा संभव है, उन्हें तुरंत सुलझाया जाए।”
इस अवसर पर प्रशासन ने आगामी 17 मई को चैनपुर और डुमरी प्रखंड में अगली जनशिकायत निवारण बैठक आयोजित करने की घोषणा भी की। बताया गया कि यह कार्यक्रम हर शनिवार सुबह 10:30 बजे से आयोजित होता है, जिसमें जिले के नागरिक अपने निकटतम प्रखंड कार्यालय जाकर ऑनलाइन माध्यम से उपायुक्त से सीधे संवाद कर सकते हैं।
