मस्जिद का आम रास्ता बंद होने से मुहल्ले में तनाव, फ्रेंड्स कॉलोनी के निवासियों ने उपायुक्त से की न्याय की मांग

हजारीबाग, 10 मई 2025 फ्रेंड्स कॉलोनी, पगमल के निवासियों ने उपायुक्त हजारीबाग को एक आवेदन पत्र सौंपा है, जिसमें उन्होंने इलाके की सुलताने हिंद मस्जिद से जुड़े आम रास्ते को अवैध रूप से बंद किए जाने पर कड़ा ऐतराज़ जताया है। स्थानीय निवासियों का कहना है कि यह रास्ता न केवल मस्जिद जाने के लिए जरूरी है, बल्कि पिछले पांच दशकों से आम जनता द्वारा आवागमन के लिए नियमित रूप से उपयोग में लाया जा रहा है।

50 वर्षों पुराना आम रास्ता अब विवाद की जड़

निवासियों के अनुसार, यह रास्ता मस्जिद से पश्चिम की ओर फहीमा स्कूल रोड से जुड़ता है और लंबे समय से सार्वजनिक उपयोग में है। यह एक पक्की गली है, जो सरकारी फंड से बनाई गई थी। पिछले वर्ष नगर निगम द्वारा जलापूर्ति योजना के तहत इस मार्ग में पाइपलाइन भी बिछाई गई थी।

शाकिर अंसारी पर गंभीर आरोप

मुहल्लेवासियों ने आरोप लगाया है कि शाकिर अंसारी नामक व्यक्ति, जिनके पिता का नाम स्वर्गीय सदीक अंसारी है, ने हाल ही में इस आम रास्ते से सटे एक मकान और उसके सामने का खाली प्लॉट खरीदा है। अब वह इन दोनों संपत्तियों को जोड़ने की मंशा से इस आम रास्ते पर ईंट की दीवार खड़ी करवा चुके हैं, जिससे लोगों का आना-जाना पूरी तरह से बंद हो गया है।

पुलिस धमकी और मकान बेचने की साजिश का आरोप

निवासियों का यह भी कहना है कि शाकिर अंसारी इस रास्ते को मिलाकर पूरे क्षेत्र को बिल्डर्स को बेचने की योजना बना रहे हैं। चूंकि आम रास्ते की मौजूदगी उनके प्लॉट को दो हिस्सों में बाँट रही है, इसलिए वह उसे हटाकर अपने व्यावसायिक हित साधना चाहते हैं। इसके अलावा उन्होंने स्थानीय लोगों को पुलिस कार्रवाई की धमकी देकर डराने का भी आरोप लगाया है।

नामाजियों को हो रही भारी परेशानी

सुलताने हिंद मस्जिद के इमाम और स्थानीय नमाजियों ने बताया कि यह रास्ता मस्जिद तक पहुंचने का सबसे सुविधाजनक और पारंपरिक मार्ग रहा है। इसके बंद हो जाने से बुजुर्गों और महिलाओं को विशेष रूप से दिक्कतों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है।

उपायुक्त से समाधान की मांग

फ्रेंड्स कॉलोनी के निवासियों ने उपायुक्त महोदय से अपील की है कि मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर आम रास्ते को तत्काल प्रभाव से खुलवाया जाए ताकि लोगों को रोजमर्रा के आवागमन और धार्मिक गतिविधियों में कोई बाधा न आए। आवेदन में यह भी उल्लेख किया गया है कि यदि शीघ्र समाधान नहीं निकाला गया, तो यह विवाद मुहल्ले में शांति व्यवस्था को प्रभावित कर सकता है।

उपायुक्त को आवेदन पत्र सौंपने में फ्रेंड्स कॉलोनी के समाजसेवी संजर मलिक, मो सबीर, इस्लामुल हक, एजाज खान, काशिफ अदीब, साबिर इकबाल, जियाउल हक, शौकत अली खान, बदरुद्दीन खान, शाहजहां, तबरेज खान, मो जाहिद, सैफ खान, बेलाल खान, राशिद इकबाल, अफरोज, मो कैफ, गुफरान, जीसान, दाऊद, रेशमा खातून, नाज परवीन, नाजमा खातून, यास्मीन परवीन, इशरत बानो, शमा, साईबा, रिजवाना खातून, मनीषा, आफरीन, बेबी खातून, आरज़ू परवीन, सालेहा प्रवीण, सुबी परवीन आदि सैकड़ों लोग मौजूद रहे।
