घाघरा, बिशुनपुर और डुमरी प्रखंडों में ५०० पीवीटीजी परिवारों को मिला आलू की व्यावसायिक खेती, प्रशिक्षण और चिप्स इकाई से आजीविका का नया अवसर
गुमला : – गुमला जिला प्रशासन के उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी के विशेष रूप से वंचित जनजातीय समूहों (पीवीटीजी) के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। उपायुक्त गुमला कर्ण सत्यार्थी के नेतृत्व में चल रही इन पहलों का उद्देश्य आदिवासी समाज को सशक्त बनाना और उनके जीवन स्तर में सुधार लाना है।
इन्हीं प्रयासों के तहत अक्टूबर 2024 से घाघरा, बिशुनपुर और डुमरी प्रखंडों में पीवीटीजी परिवारों के बीच आलू की खेती और उसके मूल्य संवर्धन को बढ़ावा देने हेतु एक विशेष परियोजना शुरू की गई। इस योजना का लाभ 500 से अधिक पीवीटीजी परिवारों को मिल रहा है।
परियोजना के अंतर्गत इन परिवारों को कुफ़री चिपसोना किस्म के आलू के बीज, उर्वरक, सिंचाई सुविधा और आधुनिक कृषि प्रशिक्षण निःशुल्क उपलब्ध कराया गया। किसानों को उन्नत किस्म की खेती, पोषण प्रबंधन और कीट नियंत्रण जैसे विषयों पर प्रशिक्षण दिया गया, जिससे वे पारंपरिक खेती से आगे बढ़कर व्यावसायिक कृषि की ओर अग्रसर हो सकें।
लगभग 80 एकड़ भूमि में आलू की खेती की गई, जिसमें से 50 प्रतिशत उत्पादन का उपयोग स्थानीय उपभोग हेतु किया गया और शेष का बाज़ार में विक्रय हुआ। इससे लगभग 10 लाख रुपये की आमदनी हुई, जिसका लाभ सीधे किसानों को मिला। साथ ही, किसानों को मेहनताना भी दिया गया, जिससे तत्काल आर्थिक राहत भी मिली।
परियोजना के अंतर्गत बिशुनपुर प्रखंड के जहान गुटवा गांव में पीवीटीजी समुदाय द्वारा संचालित एक आलू चिप्स निर्माण इकाई की स्थापना की गई है, जिसे “क्रिस्प” नाम से ब्रांड किया गया है। यह इकाई 25 मई 2025 को औपचारिक रूप से प्रारंभ की जाएगी। इस संयंत्र के माध्यम से अब पीवीटीजी समुदाय न केवल कच्चे आलू का उत्पादन कर रहा है, बल्कि उसके प्रसंस्करण से मूल्यवर्धित उत्पाद भी तैयार कर रहा है।
इस पहल से समुदाय की आय में 20 से 30 प्रतिशत तक वृद्धि की संभावना है। प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से उनकी खेती की उत्पादकता में लगभग 25 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी देखी गई है। साथ ही, आसपास के 10 गांवों में भी किसानों ने इस मॉडल को अपनाने की इच्छा जताई है, जिससे यह परियोजना अब सामाजिक परिवर्तन का माध्यम बनती जा रही है।
गुमला जिला, जो पीवीटीजी समुदायों का एक महत्वपूर्ण केंद्र है, अब कृषि आधारित आजीविका और प्रसंस्करण के माध्यम से एक नए दिशा की ओर बढ़ रहा है। PVTG समुदाय के विकास हेतु PM-JANAM योजना अंतर्गत विभिन्न कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के माध्यम से उनके जीवन में सुधार लाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। इसके अतिरिक्त उपायुक्त के निर्देश के आलोक में मुख्य रूप से जिले के शत प्रतिशत PVTG समुदाय को सभी लाभकारी योजनाओं से जोड़ते हुए उनके जीवन हैं सुधार लाने का कार्य किया जा रहा है।
