गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस: नागरिकों की समस्याएं सुन त्वरित समाधान के दिए निर्देश

गुमला | जिला मुख्यालय स्थित समाहरणालय भवन में सोमवार को आयोजित जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस के दौरान उपायुक्त कर्ण सत्यार्थी ने जिले के विभिन्न प्रखंडों से आए नागरिकों की समस्याएं सुनीं और संबंधित अधिकारियों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर समयबद्ध समाधान के निर्देश दिए। कार्यक्रम में बिजली, पानी, सड़क, स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं, रोजगार और अन्य जनहित के विषयों पर कुल 50 से अधिक लोगों ने अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज कराईं।

सेरेंगदाग गांव में बुनियादी सुविधाओं की कमी, उपायुक्त ने दिए जरूरी निर्देश

सेरेंगदाग गांव (पंचायत आदर) के निवासियों ने गांव में बिजली, पेयजल, सड़क और अस्पताल जैसी आधारभूत सुविधाओं की कमी की बात रखी। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि इन आवश्यकताओं की अनुपलब्धता के कारण उन्हें रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी में कठिनाइयों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। उपायुक्त ने इस पर संज्ञान लेते हुए चिकित्सा सेवाओं के तहत डॉक्टर और एम्बुलेंस की सुविधा जल्द मुहैया कराने का निर्देश संबंधित अधिकारियों को दिया। साथ ही अन्य समस्याओं के निराकरण के लिए भी आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करने को कहा।

टोटो वार्ड नंबर 5 में अधूरी नल-जल योजना बनी समस्या का कारण

हरिजन मोहल्ला, टोटो के निवासियों ने जन सुनवाई के दौरान बताया कि उनके वार्ड में नल-जल योजना का कार्य अधूरा छोड़ दिया गया है, जिससे क्षेत्रवासियों को पानी की भारी किल्लत झेलनी पड़ रही है। उपायुक्त ने इस मामले में संबंधित विभाग को जल्द से जल्द कार्य पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए।

तेल्या गांव में फिर गहराया पेयजल संकट, ग्रामीणों ने डीप बोरिंग की मांग की

तेल्या गांव (परसा पंचायत) के ग्राम प्रधान ने शिकायत की कि पहले गांव में बनी जल टंकी से नियमित जलापूर्ति होती थी, लेकिन अब वहां पेयजल की समस्या उत्पन्न हो गई है। ग्रामीणों ने डीप बोरिंग कराने की मांग रखी। उपायुक्त ने पेयजल एवं स्वच्छता विभाग को तत्परता से कार्रवाई करने को कहा।

अन्य समस्याएं: आवास, ऋण माफी, मोबाइल नेटवर्क और राशन व्यवस्था भी रहीं केंद्र में

कार्यक्रम के दौरान अन्य नागरिकों ने भी विभिन्न मुद्दों पर अपनी बात रखी। इनमें अधूरे कुएं का निर्माण, रोजगार की कमी, केवाईसी से संबंधित दिक्कतें, राशन डीलर में बदलाव की मांग जैसी समस्याएं शामिल थीं। एतवा उरांव ने अबुआ आवास योजना का लाभ न मिलने की शिकायत की, वहीं घाघरा की अनिता देवी ने पति के निधन के बाद ऋण माफी की अपील की, क्योंकि उनकी आर्थिक स्थिति अत्यंत खराब है।

रायडीह प्रखंड के कोणडरा गांव में मोबाइल नेटवर्क की समस्या को लेकर मुखिया ने आवेदन दिया। उपायुक्त ने इस मुद्दे पर जांच कर शीघ्र आवश्यक कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए।

प्रशासनिक तत्परता से बंधी उम्मीदें

जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस में उपस्थित सभी नागरिकों की बातों को गंभीरता से सुनते हुए उपायुक्त ने संबंधित अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए कि सभी समस्याओं का समाधान शीघ्र, प्रभावी और पारदर्शी तरीके से किया जाए। गुमला जिला प्रशासन की यह पहल शासन-प्रशासन को आम जन से जोड़ने की दिशा में एक सशक्त कदम मानी जा रही है।
