गुमला, 25 मई 2025 — गुमला जिला मुख्यालय के डीएसपी रोड क्षेत्र में शनिवार को एक 19 वर्षीय किशोरी रिया कुमारी को एक जहरीले सांप ने पैर में डंस लिया। घटना के बाद परिजनों ने उसे तत्क्षण गुमला सदर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया, जहां उसका इलाज जारी है।
घर से निकलते ही सांप ने किया हमला
जानकारी के अनुसार, रिया कुमारी जैसे ही सुबह अपने घर से बाहर निकली, एक काले रंग का विषैला सांप उसके पैर से लिपट गया। डर और घबराहट में उसने जब जोर से पैर पटका, तभी सांप ने उसके पैर में काट लिया और पास की नाली में जाकर छिप गया।
परिवार ने तुरंत पहुंचाया अस्पताल
रिया ने किसी तरह भागकर घर पहुंचकर अपनी मां को घटना की जानकारी दी, जिसके बाद परिवार वाले उसे तत्काल गुमला सदर अस्पताल लेकर गए। डॉक्टरों ने बताया कि विष का प्रभाव शरीर में फैलने से पहले इलाज शुरू कर दिया गया, जिससे खतरे की स्थिति काफी हद तक टल गई है।
डॉक्टरों की निगरानी में जारी है इलाज
अस्पताल सूत्रों के अनुसार, रिया की हालत अभी स्थिर है और वह डॉक्टरों की निगरानी में उपचाराधीन है। समय पर अस्पताल पहुंचने से उसकी जान को फिलहाल कोई बड़ा खतरा नहीं है।
गौरतलब है कि मानसून पूर्व सांपों की गतिविधियां बढ़ जाती हैं, ऐसे में लोगों को विशेष सतर्कता बरतने की आवश्यकता है।
