तिरूलडीह में सॉफ्टबॉल कोचिंग और अंपायरिंग सेमिनार संपन्न, झारखंड के आठ जिलों से प्रतिभागियों ने लिया हिस्सा

सरायकेला, 26 मई 2025 — झारखंड में तेजी से उभरते खेल सॉफ्टबॉल को ग्रामीण स्तर तक प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से झारखंड सॉफ्टबॉल संघ और जिला सॉफ्टबॉल संघ सरायकेला के संयुक्त प्रयास से चार दिवसीय कोच और रेफरी सेमिनार का सफल आयोजन उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय कुदा, तिरूलडीह के प्रांगण में किया गया। 23 से 26 मई तक चले इस कार्यक्रम में झारखंड के आठ जिलों — हजारीबाग, धनबाद, गोड्डा, पूर्वी सिंहभूम, बोकारो, सरायकेला-खरसावां, रांची आदि — से पूर्व खिलाड़ी और प्रशिक्षक शामिल हुए।

तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण और मूल्यांकन

सेमिनार में पश्चिम बंगाल के अनुभवी अंपायर अमित कुमार मंडल ने तकनीकी सत्रों का संचालन करते हुए प्रतिभागियों को सॉफ्टबॉल के नियम, कोचिंग रणनीति और अंपायरिंग की बारीकियां सिखाईं। प्रशिक्षण के बाद सभी प्रतिभागियों की परीक्षा ली गई और सफल प्रतिभागियों को प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान किए गए।

समापन समारोह में गरिमामयी उपस्थिति

समापन समारोह में मुख्य अतिथि रविशंकर शर्मा सहित कई गणमान्य अतिथि उपस्थित थे। इनमें शिक्षक लक्ष्मण महतो, खेलाराम बेदिया, एआईएमआईएम के महासचिव संतोष साहू, सचिव बिधुत महतो, झारखंड सॉफ्टबॉल संघ के सचिव बलराम कुमार तांती, आयोजक समिति के सचिव प्रेमाशीष महतो, अध्यक्ष लक्ष्मण महतो, प्रशिक्षक दामोदर जमुदा, डॉ. गोबिंद चंद्र महतो, श्याम शर्मा, विक्टर, और अजय शर्मा जैसे नाम शामिल रहे।

अतिथियों को अंगवस्त्र और स्मृति चिन्ह देकर सम्मानित किया गया।

सॉफ्टबॉल को ग्रामीण स्तर तक पहुंचाने की पहल

अपने संबोधन में बलराम कुमार तांती ने बताया कि, “सॉफ्टबॉल भले ही झारखंड में नया हो, लेकिन यह भारतीय ओलंपिक संघ से मान्यता प्राप्त खेल है। हम चाहते हैं कि यह खेल भी क्रिकेट और फुटबॉल की तरह गांव-गांव तक पहुंचे। इस सेमिनार का मकसद यही है कि प्रशिक्षक अपने जिले में जाकर युवाओं को प्रशिक्षित करें और खेल को मजबूत आधार प्रदान करें।”

उन्होंने यह भी बताया कि प्रशिक्षित प्रतिभागी भविष्य में राज्य स्तरीय प्रतियोगिताओं में अंपायर की भूमिका भी निभाएंगे, जिससे उन्हें व्यावहारिक अनुभव प्राप्त होगा।

आयोजन के अंत में आभार प्रदर्शन

कार्यक्रम के समापन पर आयोजक समिति के सचिव प्रेमाशीष महतो ने सभी अतिथियों, प्रशिक्षकों और प्रतिभागियों का आभार व्यक्त किया और भविष्य में इस तरह के और आयोजनों की उम्मीद जताई।
