कल्पना सोरेन व डीसी ने की विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा: विधायक ने बिजली, चापाकल मरम्मत और जलापूर्ति योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन पर दिया जोर

गिरिडीह : गांडेय प्रखंड सभागार में विधायक श्रीमती कल्पना मुर्मू सोरेन एवं जिला उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव की अध्यक्षता में विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक की गयी। बैठक में विभागीय अधिकारियों के साथ कई अहम मुद्दों पर चर्चा हुई, जिसमें विद्युत आपूर्ति, चापाकल मरम्मत, जलापूर्ति योजनाओं और उनके क्रियान्वयन की स्थिति पर विशेष ध्यान दिया गया।

विधायक ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया कि खराब पड़े चापाकलों की मरम्मत के लिए तत्काल कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य के ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों में जलापूर्ति के लिए चापाकल एक महत्वपूर्ण साधन हैं, और इनकी खराब स्थिति से जनता को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है। सभी खराब चापाकलों की मरम्मत जल्द से जल्द होनी चाहिए ताकि किसी भी व्यक्ति को पानी की समस्या न हो।

बैठक में पेयजल संबंधित परियोजनाओं को जल्द पूरा करने की बात कही गई। साथ ही पानी की समस्याओं को दूर करने के लिए नए चापाकल निर्माण, सोलर आधारित पानी टंकी निर्माण, नल-जल योजना, जल जीवन मिशन के तहत चल रही योजना, शौचालय निर्माण सहित अन्य से योजनाओं को लेकर समीक्षा बैठक की गई.

योजनाओं की वन-टू-वन मॉनिटरिंग का निर्देश

बैठक में कहा गया कि विभाग की सभी योजनाओं की वन-टू-वन मॉनिटरिंग की जा रही है। इस प्रक्रिया से योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में पारदर्शिता आएगी और आम जनता को जल संकट से राहत मिलेगी। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को समय पर सभी परियोजनाओं को पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया।

बैठक में गांडेय विधानसभा ने अबुआ आवास योजना तथा मुख्यमंत्री मईयां सम्मान योजना समेत विभिन्न योजनाओं की अद्यतन स्थिति की जानकारी प्राप्त की तथा उक्त योजनाओं में निर्धारित लक्ष्य के अनुरूप प्रगति सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। इस दौरान उन्होंने मनरेगा, अबुआ आवास योजना तथा झारखंड मुख्यमंत्री मईयां सम्मान योजना समेत कई योजनाओं की विस्तृत समीक्षा कर संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्धारित लक्ष्य के अनुरूप प्रगति सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए गए।

अबुआ आवास के कार्यों में तेजी लाने का निर्देश 

उन्होंने कहा कि प्राथमिकता के साथ विभिन्न विकास योजनाओं का लाभ स-समय लाभुकों मिलें, यह सुनिश्चित करें. अबुआ आवास के कार्यों में तेजी लाने और समय पर निष्पादित करने के निर्देश दिए। बैठक के क्रम में सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित लक्ष्य के विरुद्ध अबुआ आवास की प्रगति, लाभुकों के चयन व अन्य प्रक्रियाओं की जानकारी प्राप्त की। साथ ही सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए अबुआ आवास के कार्यों में तेजी लाने का निर्देश दिया।

डीसी ने समयबद्ध कार्यान्वयन पर दिया जोर

समीक्षा बैठक में डीसी रामनिवास यादव ने कहा कि सरकार की जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं को धरातल पर उतरना और लोगों को इसका लाभ देना ही जिला प्रशासन की प्राथमिकता है। जिला प्रशासन का पूरा प्रयास है कि समयबद्ध तरीके से योजनाओं का क्रियान्वयन हो और ग्रामीणों को इसका शत-प्रतिशत लाभ मिलें।

डीसी ने कहा कि समय-समय पर योजनाओं का भौतिक सत्यापन भी करें, योजनाओं की प्रगति को लेकर बैठक करें, ताकि योजनाओं में प्रगति सुनिश्चित हो सकें। यह भी सुनिश्चित करें कि आमजनों को सरकारी योजनाओं से जुड़ी शिकायतों को लेकर कार्यालयों का चक्कर न लगाना पड़ें. डीसी ने बिजली और पानी की समस्याओं को जल्द से जल्द दुरुस्त करने के निर्देश दिए।
