मनरेगा, पीएम आवास व अन्य योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक में डीसी ने कहा-जरूरतमंद व योग्य लाभुकों को ही मिले आवास का लाभ

गिरिडीह : समाहरणालय सभागार में बुधवार को उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव की अध्यक्षता में मनरेगा, प्रधानमंत्री आवास एवं अन्य योजनाओं को लेकर  पदाधिकारियों के साथ समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक में डीसी ने विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों से संबंधित पूर्व में किए गए बैठक में कार्य प्रगति की जानकारी प्राप्त लेने के बाद लंबित कार्य को जल्द पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा संचालित मनरेगा, आवास सहित विभिन्न विकासात्मक योजनाओं की बारी-बारी से समीक्षा करते हुए सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्धारित लक्ष्य के अनुरूप शत-प्रतिशत प्रगति सुनिश्चित करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक में डीसी ने मनरेगा के तहत कार्यान्वित योजनाओं में दीदी बड़ी, बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना, बिरसा हरित सिंचाई कूप संवर्धन योजना, पौधरोपण, डोभा, पशु शेड समेत विभिन्न विकासात्मक योजनाओं की बारी-बारी समीक्षा कर संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए गए। इसके साथ ही आवास योजनाओं को तय समय पर पूर्ण करने का निर्देश भी दिया।

इसके अलावा डीसी ने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों को अपने-अपने क्षेत्र अंतर्गत किए जा रहे कार्यों का निरीक्षण करते हुए प्रतिवेदन समर्पित करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि योजनाओं को धरातल पर उतरने के लिए स्वयं निरीक्षण करना आवश्यक है। सभी योजनाओं की प्रगति की समीक्षा प्रतिवेदन समर्पित कर पारदर्शिता एवं गुणवत्तापूर्ण कार्य करने सुनिश्चित करने का निर्देश दिया।

वहीं डीसी ने विभिन्न विभागों के अंतर्गत किए जा रहे कार्यों में आनेवाली समस्याओं पर चर्चा कर आपसी समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए संबंधित विभाग से सम्पर्क स्थापित कर कार्य करने की बात कही।

समीक्षा के क्रम में डीसी ने सभी विभागों को सख्त निर्देश दिया कि विकास कार्य प्रभावित न हो, योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन एवं लाभुको को लाभान्वित करने में लापरवाही बिल्कुल बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि जो भी लोग गरीब हैं और उन्हें आवास नहीं मिला है, वैसे लोगों को प्राथमिकता देते हुए जल्द आवास के लाभ से लाभान्वित करवाए। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने पदाधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि वे आपसी समन्वय स्थापित करते हुए योजनाओं के क्रियान्वयन में तेजी लाएं एवं प्रगति सुनिश्चित करें।

बैठक में उप विकास आयुक्त स्मृता कुमारी, निदेशक डीआरडीए, सभी प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी, सभी बीपीओ, जिला समन्वयक, प्रधानमंत्री आवास समेत अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
