कोडरमा-हजारीबाग-बरकाकाना रेल लाइन दोहरीकरण को मिली मंजूरी, सांसद मनीष जायसवाल के प्रयासों का दिखा असर

हजारीबाग, 11 जून — झारखंड के चार प्रमुख जिलों से गुजरने वाली कोडरमा-हजारीबाग-बरकाकाना रेल मार्ग को केंद्रीय कैबिनेट ने दोहरीकरण की मंजूरी दे दी है। इस फैसले को हजारीबाग लोकसभा क्षेत्र के सांसद मनीष जायसवाल के सतत प्रयासों का प्रतिफल माना जा रहा है। यह ऐलान क्षेत्र के लिए आर्थिक, सामाजिक और पर्यावरणीय रूप से “गेमचेंजर” साबित हो सकता है।

133 किलोमीटर की रेल लाइन होगी दोहरी, लागत 3,063 करोड़ रुपये

स्वीकृत योजना के तहत 133 किलोमीटर लंबे इस रेल मार्ग पर अब डबल लाइन बिछाई जाएगी। कुल 3,063 करोड़ रुपये की लागत वाली इस परियोजना में 17 बड़े पुल, 180 छोटे पुल, 42 आरओबी (रेलवे ओवरब्रिज) और 13 आरयूबी (रेलवे अंडरब्रिज) का निर्माण भी प्रस्तावित है।

चार जिलों के 938 गांवों को होगा सीधा लाभ

यह रेल मार्ग हजारीबाग, रामगढ़, कोडरमा और चतरा जिलों के 938 गांवों को बेहतर रेल कनेक्टिविटी से जोड़ेगा, जिससे करीब 15 लाख से अधिक लोगों को सीधा लाभ मिलेगा। यह पटना और रांची के बीच सबसे कम दूरी वाला मार्ग बन जाएगा और इसकी अतिरिक्त 30.4 मिलियन टन मालवाहन क्षमता से व्यापारिक गतिविधियाँ भी तेज़ होंगी।

पर्यावरणीय लाभ भी उल्लेखनीय

इस परियोजना के पर्यावरणीय फायदों पर बोलते हुए सांसद मनीष जायसवाल ने बताया कि इससे हर वर्ष 32 करोड़ लीटर डीज़ल की बचत होगी और 163 हजार टन कार्बन डाइऑक्साइड उत्सर्जन में कमी आएगी, जो लगभग 7 करोड़ पेड़ लगाने के बराबर प्रभाव डालेगा।

प्रधानमंत्री और रेल मंत्री को सांसद ने जताया आभार

परियोजना को मंजूरी मिलने पर सांसद मनीष जायसवाल ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और रेल मंत्री अश्विनी वैष्णव के प्रति आभार जताया। उन्होंने कहा,

“यह परियोजना केवल यातायात सुविधा नहीं, बल्कि क्षेत्र के लिए आर्थिक प्रगति, पर्यटन विकास और रोजगार सृजन का नया द्वार खोलेगी।”

संसद से ज़मीन तक चली लड़ाई

सांसद जायसवाल ने कोडरमा-बरकाकाना दोहरीकरण को लेकर लगातार संसद में आवाज़ उठाई और कई बार रेल मंत्रालय व अधिकारियों से भेंट कर क्षेत्रीय मांगों को प्रमुखता से रखा। वे हजारीबाग के लोगों की आकांक्षाओं को सरकार तक पहुंचाने में सक्रिय रहे हैं।

यह ऐतिहासिक मंजूरी झारखंड और बिहार के बीच बेहतर रेल संपर्क के साथ-साथ सतत विकास की दिशा में भी एक बड़ा कदम मानी जा रही है। आने वाले वर्षों में यह रेल परियोजना पूरे क्षेत्र के लिए बहुआयामी विकास का आधार बनेगी।
