सिंचाई के दौरान करंट की चपेट में आया युवक, रास्ते में तोड़ा दम

गुमला, झारखंड — गुमला जिले के चैनपुर थाना क्षेत्र अंतर्गत छतरपुर गांव में मंगलवार को एक 22 वर्षीय युवक लिम्पन कुजूर की खेत में करंट की चपेट में आने से मौत हो गई। घटना उस समय हुई जब वह अपनी पत्नी के साथ खेत में पानी पटाने के दौरान इलेक्ट्रिक मोटर से जुड़ी वोल्टेज युक्त तार के संपर्क में आ गया।

क्या हुआ था घटनास्थल पर?
मृतक लिम्पन कुजूर, जो पीटर कुजूर का बेटा था, अपने खेत में सिंचाई के लिए घर से बिजली के तार के माध्यम से मोटर चला रहा था। इसी दौरान अचानक उसका शरीर करंट प्रवाहित तार के संपर्क में आ गया। उसकी हालत बिगड़ने लगी और शरीर छटपटाने लगा।

पत्नी ने दिखाई तत्परता, लेकिन नहीं बचा पाई जीवन
घटना के वक्त उसकी पत्नी मौके पर ही मौजूद थी, जिसने तुरंत उसे बचाने का प्रयास किया। लेकिन जैसे ही उसने पति को छूने की कोशिश की, उसे भी बिजली का झटका लगा। तत्पश्चात, वह दौड़कर घर गई और मुख्य विद्युत आपूर्ति बंद की, पर तब तक काफी देर हो चुकी थी।

इलाज के दौरान रास्ते में मौत
परिजनों ने तत्काल लिम्पन को चैनपुर उप-स्वास्थ्य केंद्र पहुंचाया, जहां प्राथमिक उपचार के बाद उसे बेहतर इलाज के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल रेफर किया गया। हालांकि, गुमला ले जाने के रास्ते में ही उसकी मौत हो गई। अस्पताल पहुंचने पर डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया।

पुलिस की कार्रवाई
घटना की जानकारी मिलते ही चैनपुर थाना पुलिस मौके पर पहुंची और शव को कब्जे में लेकर पोस्टमार्टम के लिए गुमला सदर अस्पताल भेजा। मंगलवार को पोस्टमार्टम के बाद शव को परिजनों को सौंप दिया गया।

परिजनों में मातम, जांच शुरू
इस हादसे से गांव में शोक की लहर दौड़ गई है। मृतक की पत्नी और परिजन सदमे में हैं और रो-रोकर बेहाल हैं। पुलिस ने मामले की गहराई से जांच शुरू कर दी है और तकनीकी कारणों की भी पड़ताल की जा रही है।

यह घटना ग्रामीण इलाकों में बिजली से जुड़ी सुरक्षा सावधानियों की गंभीरता को एक बार फिर उजागर करती है, जहां आज भी बेसिक सुरक्षा उपायों की कमी जानलेवा साबित हो रही है।
