गुमला में जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन, उपायुक्त ने सुनीं नागरिकों की समस्याएं

गुमला, झारखंड | नागरिकों की समस्याओं के त्वरित समाधान के उद्देश्य से गुमला समाहरणालय सभागार में मंगलवार को जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम की अध्यक्षता उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने की, जहाँ जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आए नागरिकों ने अपनी शिकायतें दर्ज कराईं।

इस साप्ताहिक शिविर में लगभग 40 फरियादी पहुंचे, जिनकी समस्याएं सड़क, बिजली, पेयजल, भूमि विवाद, ऑनलाइन खतियान, सरकारी सहायता, चिकित्सा, शिक्षा और रोजगार से संबंधित थीं। सभी आवेदनों को सुनने के बाद उपायुक्त ने संबंधित विभागों को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए।

कांसीर पंचायत के नीचडूमरी गांव के ग्रामीणों ने गांव में सड़क की दुर्दशा को लेकर शिकायत दर्ज की। उन्होंने बताया कि बरसात के मौसम में कच्ची सड़कें कीचड़ में तब्दील हो जाती हैं, जिससे लोगों को गंभीर परेशानी होती है।

इसी तरह, जिले के ऊर्जा मित्रों ने समय पर मानदेय भुगतान न मिलने की शिकायत की। उनका कहना है कि देरी से भुगतान के कारण उन्हें आर्थिक संकट का सामना करना पड़ता है। उपायुक्त ने मामले को गंभीरता से लेते हुए संबंधित अधिकारियों को शीघ्र समाधान का निर्देश दिया।

नीचडूमरी गांव के विद्यालय में शिक्षक की भारी कमी को लेकर भी शिकायत दर्ज की गई। ग्रामीणों ने बताया कि कक्षा 1 से 5 तक की पढ़ाई के लिए केवल एक शिक्षक कार्यरत हैं, जिससे बच्चों की शिक्षा प्रभावित हो रही है। इस पर उपायुक्त ने शिक्षा विभाग को त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करने का आदेश दिया।

शिकायतों के निस्तारण के दौरान उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “जन शिकायत निवारण दिवस आमजन की समस्याओं के समाधान का प्रभावी मंच है। प्रशासन हर विषय पर संवेदनशीलता से कार्य करेगा और सभी संबंधित विभागों को सख्त निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वे शिकायतों का जल्द समाधान करें।”

उपायुक्त ने कार्यक्रम के अंत में अधिकारियों से यह भी अपील की कि वे फील्ड में सक्रिय रहकर जमीनी स्तर की समस्याओं को समझें और प्राथमिकता के आधार पर उनका समाधान करें।
