गुमला टोटो थाना के समक्ष मोटरसाइकिल वाहन चेकिंग के दौरान वाहन चालकों को सड़क सुरक्षा के उद्देश्य से जागरूकता अभियान चलाया गया

गुमला – गुमला उपायुक्त एवं पुलिस अधीक्षक के निर्देशानुसार जिल परिवहन पदाधिकारी राकेश कुमार गोप एवं सुरक्षा टीम द्वारा गुमला टोटो थाना के समक्ष में बाइक चेकिंग अभियान के दौरान वाहन चालकों के बीच जागरूकता अभियान चलाया गया। सड़क सुरक्षा के नियमो के अनुपालन तथा गुमला ( टोटो ) थाना के समक्ष वाहन चेकिंग के दौरान पकड़े गए , 62 लोगो को यातायात नियमो के प्रति जागरूक करने के उद्देश्य से सड़क-सुरक्षा टीम के द्वारा रोड सेफ्टी काउंसलिंग किया गया। इस दौरान आये सभी लोगो को यातायात नियमो एवं वाहन चलाते समय हेलमेट एवं सीट बेल्ट जैसे सुरक्षित उपकरणों के इस्तेमाल से कैसे सड़क पर होने वाले दुर्घटनाओं को कम करते हुए और अपनी जान की सुरक्षा स्वयं करते हुए और अपनी और यातायात नियमों का सही उपयोग करते हुए, अन्य व्यक्तियों के जान की रक्षा की जा सकती है। इस दोरान उपस्थित सभी लोगो को यातायात नियमो एवं वाहन चलाते समय हेलमेट एवं सीट बेल्ट जैसे सुरक्षित उपकरणों के इस्तेमाल से कैसे सड़क पर होने वाले दुर्घटनाओं को कम किया जा सकता है और उक्त यातायात नियमों का उपयोग करते हुए अन्य व्यक्तियों के जान की रक्षा की जा सकती है , और इसके साथ ही हिट एंड रन एवम गुड समरितन के बारे मे बतलाया गया इसके साथ ही सड़क सुरक्षा के द्वारा सड़क सुरक्षा संबंधित पुस्तिका एवम पैंपलेट सभी वाहन चालकों सहित छात्र – छात्राओ के बीच बांटा गया

Good Samaritan के बारे में अवगत कराया गया जैसे मोटरवाहन जनित सड़क दुर्घटना में गंभीर रूप से घायल व्यक्ति की सहायता करने के उद्देश्य से गोल्डन Hour अस्पताल पहुचाने में वाले नेक व्यक्ति (Good Samaritan) को प्रोत्साहित करने हेतु 2,000/-(दो हजार) रूपये मात्र नगद के साथ प्रशस्ति पत्र प्रदान करने की योजना लागू है। इस योजना का व्यापक प्रचार-प्रसार के साथ ताकि किसी भी व्यक्ति के सड़क दुर्घटना के क्रम में घायल व्यक्ति को एक घंटा के अंदर (गोल्डन ऑवर में) अस्पताल पहुंचाने वाले व्यक्ति को पांच हजार रुपए की पुरस्कार राशि एवं प्रशस्ति पत्र दिये जाने का प्रावधान किया गया है।

इसके अलावे दुर्घटना से पीड़ित व्यक्ति को अस्पताल पहुंचाने वाले अस्पताल में अपना नाम दर्ज कराएं, ताकि चिकित्सक प्रमाणित कर सकें कि घायल व्यक्ति को किसने मदद की है उस मददकर्ता को गुड सेमेरिटन के तहत 2,000 रु एवं प्रशस्ति पत्र दी जा सके। साथ ही सड़क हादसों में मृत्यु दर को कम करने के उदेश्य से लोगों को इस संशोधित अधिनियम की ज्यादा से ज्यादा जानकारी प्रदान की जा सके और लोग एक दूसरे को इसके प्रति जागरूक कर सके एवम इसके साथ साथ हिट एंड रन के बारे में बिस्तर पूर्वक बतलाया गया किसी अज्ञात वाहन से दुर्घटना घटित होने पर 2,00000(दो लाख ) एवम गंभीर रूप से घायल होने पर 50,000 (पचास हजार) का प्रावधान है

जागरूकता कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्य रूप से जिल परिवहन पदाधिकारी, गुमला राकेश कुमार गोप एवं सड़क सुरक्षा प्रबंधक कुमार प्रभाष, मंटू रवानी एवं अश्वनी कुमार, प्रिंस शामिल थे।
