कांग्रेस नेता मुन्ना सिंह ने किया नगर निगम क्षेत्र का निरीक्षण, जलनिकासी व सुरक्षा संबंधी समस्याओं पर दिए सख्त निर्देश

हजारीबाग- हजारीबाग नगर निगम क्षेत्र की जमीनी समस्याओं को लेकर कांग्रेस नेता, सदर विधानसभा के पूर्व प्रत्याशी एवं नगर निगम प्रभारी मुन्ना सिंह एक बार फिर पूरी सक्रियता के साथ जनपथ पर उतरे। मंगलवार को उन्होंने शहर के कुम्हार टोली पार नाला, गांधी स्मारक पार नाला तथा अन्य जलजमाव प्रभावित क्षेत्रों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण किया।

निरीक्षण के दौरान उन्होंने नालियों की जाम स्थिति, जल निकासी की अव्यवस्था, संकीर्ण पुलियों और झुके हुए बिजली के खंभों जैसी बुनियादी समस्याओं का प्रत्यक्ष अवलोकन किया और संबंधित विभागों को त्वरित कार्रवाई के स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए। इस दौरे के दौरान जब वे वार्ड संख्या 25 स्थित सरस्वती विद्या मंदिर के पास पहुँचे, तो स्थानीय नागरिकों ने उन्हें नाली की बदहाल स्थिति से अवगत कराया।

नाली के गंदे पानी से फैलती दुर्गंध और मच्छरों की समस्या ने वहाँ की स्थिति को और गंभीर बना दिया था। मुन्ना ने न केवल स्थिति को गंभीरता से देखा, बल्कि तुरंत नगर निगम अधिकारियों को आवश्यक मरम्मत और सफाई कार्य शीघ्र प्रारंभ करने के निर्देश भी दिए। इसी प्रकार वार्ड संख्या 24 में एक संकीर्ण पुलिया वर्षों से स्थानीय लोगों के लिए सिरदर्द बनी हुई है।

हर वर्ष बारिश के दिनों में वहाँ जलजमाव की विकराल समस्या खड़ी हो जाती है, जिससे लोगों का दैनिक आवागमन बाधित होता है। इस विषय को भी सिंह ने पूरी गंभीरता से लिया और निगम के अभियंताओं से कहा कि पुलिया की नियमित सफाई की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए तथा गार्डवाल निर्माण की प्रक्रिया तत्काल प्रारंभ हो। जबकि शहर के विभिन्न मोहल्लों में वर्षों से झुके हुए बिजली के पोल भी अब सुरक्षा के लिए खतरा बन चुके हैं। इन पोलों के आसपास से गुजरने में लोग भय महसूस करते हैं।

सिंह ने इस समस्या को प्राथमिकता पर लेते हुए बिजली विभाग के अधिकारियों से कहा कि वे चिन्हित क्षेत्रों का सर्वेक्षण कर सभी खतरनाक पोलों को अविलंब दुरुस्त करें। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट किया कि जनसुरक्षा से कोई समझौता नहीं होना चाहिए। इस निरीक्षण यात्रा के दौरान स्थानीय नागरिकों, वार्ड प्रतिनिधियों और कांग्रेस कार्यकर्ताओं की बड़ी संख्या उनके साथ थी। लोग अपनी-अपनी समस्याएं सामने रख रहे थे और मुन्ना सिंह उन्हें गंभीरता से सुनकर अधिकारियों को त्वरित निर्देश दे रहे थे।
