गिरिडीह : वाटर फॉल व खंडोली का मंत्री एवं मुख्य सचिव ने किया निरीक्षण, कहा- दोनों पर्यटक स्थलों को ईको-टुरिज्म से विकसित किये जाने की योजना

कमलनयन (सीनियर रिर्पाेटर) : गिरिडीह जिले में पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने एवं प्रमुख पर्यटक स्थलों का समुचित विकास करने के उद्देश्य से सोमवार को उच्च एवं तकनीकी शिक्षा, नगर विकास एवं आवास, पर्यटन, कला एवं संस्कृति, खेलकूद एवं युवा कार्य मंत्री सुदिव्य कुमार और राज्य की मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती अलका तिवारी ने उसरी वाटर फॉल और खंडोली डैम पर्यटन स्थल का निरीक्षण किया।

मौके पर उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव, पुलिस अधीक्षक, डॉ बिमल कुमार, पूर्वी वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी मनीष तिवारी, उप विकास आयुक्त स्मृता कुमारी समेत अन्य कई विभागों के जिला स्तरीय अधिकारी उपस्थित थे। निरीक्षण के क्रम में उसरी वाटर फॉल और खंडोली डैम को पर्यटन स्थल के रूप में विकसित करने को लेकर चर्चा हुई।

मौके पर सुदिव्य कुमार ने कहा कि जिले के दो प्रमुख स्थलों को पर्यटन स्थल के रूप में और बेहतर और विकसित करने को लेकर राज्य सरकार और जिला प्रशासन द्वारा सभी तैयारियां सुनिश्चित कराई जा रही हैं। जिससे कि यहां के स्थानीयों को भी रोजगार के अवसर प्राप्त हों और पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलें।

मंत्री ने दोनों स्थलों पर इको-टूरिज्म को विकसित करने पर भी विचार किया गया। मंत्री ने कहा कि उसरी वाटर फॉल और खंडोली डैम पर्यटन स्थलों को विकसित कर पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए हेतु सभी संबंधित विभाग/अधिकारी/कार्यकारी एजेंसी आपसी समन्वय स्थापित कर विकास कार्यों में तेजी लाएं, जिससे कि यहां स्थानीय ग्रामीणों को इसका लाभ मिलें।

गिरिडीह जिले में पर्यटन की बहुत संभावनाएं हैं : अलका तिवारी

निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती अलका तिवारी ने कहा कि गिरिडीह जिले में पर्यटन की बहुत संभावनाएं हैं। जिसे राज्य सरकार द्वारा विकसित करने पर जोर दिया जा रहा है। यहां की प्राकृतिक सुंदरता मनोहारी है। कहा कि मंत्री  सहयोग से पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में काफी बेहतरी करने के प्रयास किये जा रहे है।

पर्यटन स्थलों के विकास से पर्यटकों की संख्या में बढ़ोतरी होगी: डीसी

मौके पर मौजूद गिरिडीह उपायुक्त ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार पर्यटन स्थलों को विकसित करने के दिशा में प्रयासरत है। जिले के पर्यटन स्थलों के विकास से यहां पर पर्यटकों की संख्या में बढ़ोतरी होगी और स्थानीय लोगों को लाभ मिलेगा। उपायुक्त ने खंडोली डैम को पर्यटन स्थल के रूप में विकसित करने के लिए सारी व्यवस्थाएं की जा रही हैं।

खंडोली डैम के चारों तरफ कनेक्टिविटी पर काम किया जायेगा। डैम के चारों तरफ पर्यटक घुमकर प्राकृतिक घटा का आंनद उठा सके इसके लिए पहुंच पथ का निर्माण कराया जायेगा। डैम के नीचे नदी पर पुल का निर्माण कराया जाएगा ताकि पर्यटकों को आवागमन की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जा सके।

साथ ही पर्यटक नदी के इस पार से उस पर का आनंद उठा सके। इसके अलावे मधवाडीह से खंडोली मोड़ को जोडने वाली बाईपास पथ का भी निर्माण कराया जायेगा तथा बरियारपुर तक कॉरिडोर बनाया जाएगा। साथ ही पर्यटकों के लिए इसे और भी आकर्षक बनाने के लिए सभी व्यवस्थाओं को सुदृढ़ किया जाएगा।

उल्लखीय है कि रविवार को राज्य प्रमुख सचिव दो दिवसीय प्रवास के क्रम में गिरिडीह पधारी थीं। इस दौरान रविवार को सम्मेद शिखर-पारसनाथ पर्वत पर स्थित संताल समाज के प्राचीन तीर्थ स्थल मरांग बुरु जुग जाहेर थान का निरीक्षण किया था।
