झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष अजय राय ने कहा-कोचिंग संस्थानों की फर्जी उपलब्धियों का खुलासा हो और पारदर्शिता के लिए नियमावली बने

रांची : झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष अजय राय ने सोमवार को एक महत्वपूर्ण बयान जारी करते हुए कहा कि राज्य में विभिन्न कोचिंग संस्थानों द्वारा प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं में सफल विद्यार्थियों के नाम पर जो फर्जीवाड़ा किया जा रहा है, उसका खुलासा होना अत्यंत आवश्यक है।

श्री राय ने झारखंड सरकार से राज्य में कोचिंग संस्थानों के लिए एक स्पष्ट और कठोर नियमावली बनाने की मांग की है. प्रत्येक संस्थान को अपनी फैकल्टी, फीस और परिणाम की जानकारी सार्वजनिक पोर्टल पर देना अनिवार्य किया जाए। फर्जीवाड़ा करने वाले कोचिंग संस्थानों पर कड़ी कानूनी कार्रवाई की जाए। एक स्वतंत्र निगरानी प्राधिकरण गठित किया जाए जो हर वर्ष संस्थानों की समीक्षा करे।

उन्होंने स्पष्ट शब्दों में कहा कि शिक्षा को व्यापार का रूप देने वाले संस्थानों के खिलाफ उच्चस्तरीय जांच होनी चाहिए, ताकि छात्रों और अभिभावकों के साथ किसी प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी न हो सके।

श्री राय ने उदाहरण के तौर पर बताया कि पिछले वर्ष पासवा (प्राइवेट स्कूल्स एंड चिल्ड्रन वेलफेयर एसोसिएशन) ने एक नामी कोचिंग संस्थान ‘गोल इंस्टीट्यूट’ द्वारा प्रायोजित अपने कार्यक्रम के प्रचार-प्रसार के लिए बड़े-बड़े होर्डिंग्स लगवाए थे, साथ ही पासवा ने एक अन्य कोचिंग संस्थान बायोम पर गंभीर आरोप लगाए थे। श्री राय ने सवाल उठाया कि यदि किसी संस्थान के खिलाफ सार्वजनिक मंच से आरोप लगाए जाते हैं, तो उन आरोपों की जांच और पारदर्शिता के साथ खुलासा भी होना चाहिए।

‘बगैर किसी पुष्टि के आरोप लगाना उचित नहीं’

उन्होंने कहा कि यदि बिना किसी पुष्टि के इस प्रकार के आरोप लगाए जाते हैं, और बाद में उन पर चुप्पी साध ली जाती है, तो इससे आम जनता के बीच यह धारणा बनती है कि यह एक सोची-समझी रणनीति और प्रतिस्पर्धा को समाप्त करने का षड्यंत्र है। इससे न केवल शिक्षा का माहौल प्रभावित होता है, बल्कि छात्रों और अभिभावकों के मन में संस्थानों की साख को लेकर भ्रम भी पैदा होता है।

श्री राय ने यह भी कहा कि राज्य में संचालित सभी कोचिंग संस्थानों की कार्यप्रणाली, फीस संरचना, फैकल्टी की योग्यता और परीक्षाफल का रिकॉर्ड पारदर्शी रूप से सार्वजनिक किया जाना चाहिए साथ ही उसकी पूरी जानकारी उनके वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध कराया जाना चाहिए।

उन्होंने सुझाव दिया कि कोचिंग में पढ़ने वाले सफल विद्यार्थियों की सूची की जांच एक स्वतंत्र एजेंसी या राज्य शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा कराई जानी चाहिए, जिससे यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि किसी संस्थान द्वारा झूठे दावे कर जनमानस को गुमराह नहीं किया जा रहा है।

उन्होंने कहा कि झारखंड पेरेंट्स एसोसिएशन राज्य के हर अभिभावक की आवाज बनेगा और शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में पारदर्शिता, गुणवत्ता और जवाबदेही सुनिश्चित करने के लिए लगातार संघर्ष करता रहेगा।
