‘हूल दिवस’ पर भोगनाडीह में पुलिस लाठीचार्ज, सिद्धो-कान्हू के वंशज और ग्रामीणों पर आंसू गैस का प्रयोग

साहेबगंजः अमर शहीद सिद्धो-कान्हू की जन्मस्थली भोगनाडीह में सोमवार को आदिवासियों और पुलिस-प्रशासन के बीच झड़प के बाद साहेबगंज से लेकर रांची तक में माहौल गरमा गया है। हूल दिवस पर भोगनाडीह में सरकार की ओर से हर साल कार्यक्रम का आयोजन होता रहा है, पर इस बार प्रशासन ने पार्क में ताला लगा दिया. इसी कारण सिद्धो-कान्हू के वंशज और ग्रामीण पुलिस-प्रशासन से बेहद खफा थे.

वीर शहीद सिद्धो-कान्हू के वंशजों का कहना है कि वे सबसे पहले वीर शहीद सिद्धो-कान्हू की पूजा-अर्चना करते हैं, उसके बाद ही कोई पूजा या कोई कार्यक्रम करता है। वंशज मंडल मुर्मू ने बताया कि उन्होंने प्रशासन को लिखित रूप से अर्जी देकर कार्यक्रम करने की इजाजत मांगी, पर प्रशासन की ओर से उन्हें अनुमति नहीं दी गई। सिर्फ मौखिक पूजा करने को कहा गया। जब वे लोग पूजा करने आए थे, तो पार्क में ताला लगा मिला। इससे शहीद सिद्धो-कान्हू के वंशज और ग्रामीण ताला नहीं खोलने पर बिफर गए. देखते ही देखते वहां अप्रिय स्थिति उत्पन्न हो गई.

इसके बाद ग्रामीणों और पुलिस के बीच झड़प शुरू हो गई. बाद में पुलिस की ओर से लाठीचार्ज कर दिया गया। पुलिस ने भीड़ को तितर-बितर करने के मकसद से अश्रु गैस के गोले भी दागे गए। इधर, ग्रामीणों की ओर से तीर-धनुष का प्रयोग किया गया। इस घटना में कई पुलिसकर्मी और ग्रामीण घायल हो गए। जानकारी मिली है कि तीर चलने से कई पुलिसकर्मी घायल भी हो गए हैं.

घटना के बाद अब सियासी माहौल गरमा गया है.पक्ष-विपक्ष एक-दूसरे पर आरोप लगाना शुरू कर दिया है. राज्य की ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री दीपिका पांडेय ने भोगनाडीह में ग्रामीणों और पुलिस के बीच झड़प को भाजपा की साजिश करार दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि हूल दिवस आस्था की बात है, किस तरह से इसे मनाते रहे हैं, सबको पता है। वहां अगर कोई विवाद खड़ा करने का प्रयास कर रहा होगा, तो इसका फायदा किसको होगा, सबको पता है।

उधर, प्रतिपक्ष के नेता बाबूलाल मरांडी ने इस घटना के लिए राज्य की हेमंत सोरेन सरकार को जिम्मेदार ठहरा दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि पुलिस ने आदिवासियों पर लाठीचार्ज कर अंग्रेजी हुकूमत की बर्बरता दोहराई है। हूल दिवस के पावन अवसर पर भोगनाडीह में पुलिस की ओर से लाठीचार्ज और आंसू गैस के प्रयोग की घटना अत्यंत निंदनीय और दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है। इस बर्बर कार्रवाई में कई ग्रामीणों के घायल होने की सूचना मिली है। उन्होंने बताया कि घटना के संबंध में साहेबगंज के एसपी और शहीद सिदो-कान्हू के वंशज मंडल मुर्मू से जानकारी ली है। पुलिस-प्रशासन ने राज्य सरकार के इशारे पर दमनकारी कार्रवाई की है।

वहीं गोड्डा के भाजपा सांसद निशिकांत दुबे ने लाठी चार्ज में घायल हुए कुछ ग्रामीणों की तस्वीरें एक्स पर शेयर करते हुए लिखा-‘1855 में स्वतंत्रता संग्राम के नायक सिदो-कान्हू यामी हूल दिवस पर झारखंड की इंडिया गठबंधन सरकार ने आज भोगनाडीह में सिदो-कान्हो के वंशज मंडल मुर्मू सहित, बड़े, बूढ़े, बच्चे तथा महिलाओं को मारा-पीटा। उन्हें जान से मारने की कोशिश की। क्या यही आदिवासी प्रेम है, क्या स्वतंत्रता के नायकों का परिवार इसी दुर्दशा से जिएगा?’

बता दें कि भोगनाडीह ही वह गांव है, जहां से 30 जून 1855 को संताल हूल क्रांति शुरू हुई थी। हर साल यहां विशेष कार्यक्रम होता आया है लेकिन इस स्थान पर सरकार की ओर से राजकीय कार्यक्रम के समानांतर कार्यक्रम करने पर अड़े शहीदों के वंशजों और आदिवासियों के पंडाल को पुलिस-प्रशासन के हटाने के बाद दोनों पक्षों के बीच जमकर संघर्ष हुआ। हालांकि इस कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन यहां कार्यक्रम में शामिल होते रहे हैं. चूंकि दिशोम गुरु शिबू सोरेन दिल्ली के गंगाराम अस्पताल में इलाज चल रहा है और हेमंत सोरेन, कल्पना सोरेन और बसंत सोरेन दिल्ली में ही मौजूद हैं.
