हजारीबाग जिला क्रिकेट संघ (एचडीसीए) की वार्षिक आम बैठक (AGM) से पूर्व सोमवार को एक महत्वपूर्ण बैठक का आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें संघ के अध्यक्ष और स्थानीय सांसद मनीष जायसवाल ने एजीएम को सफलतापूर्वक संपन्न कराने के लिए कई दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए।
यह बैठक खजांची तालाब के समीप संघ से जुड़े वरिष्ठ सदस्य अनिल अग्रवाल के आवास पर आयोजित हुई। बैठक में एचडीसीए की सीनियर कोर कमेटी के प्रमुख पदाधिकारी और सदस्य विकास चौधरी, प्रमोद कुमार, आशीष चौधरी, अनिल अग्रवाल, रणजीत सिन्हा और बंटी तिवारी प्रमुख रूप से उपस्थित रहे।
इस अवसर पर सांसद मनीष जायसवाल ने एजीएम की तैयारियों की विस्तृत जानकारी ली और आयोजन को व्यवस्थित एवं प्रभावी बनाने के लिए आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने एजीएम की कार्यसूची, संचालन व्यवस्था, सदस्य सहभागिता, और संगठनात्मक पारदर्शिता जैसे पहलुओं पर विशेष जोर दिया।
बैठक में यह भी सुनिश्चित किया गया कि 9 जुलाई 2025 को आयोजित होने वाली वार्षिक आमसभा में सभी संबंधित सदस्यों को समय पर आमंत्रण भेजा जाए और बैठक का संचालन एचडीसीए के नियमावली के अनुसार हो।
एचडीसीए की यह बैठक संगठनात्मक मजबूती और समन्वय को दर्शाती है, जिससे आगामी एजीएम के सफल आयोजन की उम्मीद बढ़ गई है।
संघ के पदाधिकारियों ने भी भरोसा जताया कि यह एजीएम खेल के विकास और पारदर्शी संचालन की दिशा में मील का पत्थर साबित होगी।
