आउटसोर्सकर्मियों को न्यूनतम वेतन देने के झारखंड हाईकोर्ट के ऐतिहासिक आदेश का संघ ने किया स्वागत

रांची : झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ ने झारखंड उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा आउटसोर्स कर्मचारियों को न्यूनतम वेतन देने के संबंध में पारित किए गए ऐतिहासिक निर्णय का जोरदार स्वागत किया है। संघ ने इसे श्रमिकों के अधिकारों की दिशा में एक मील का पत्थर बताया है।

संघ के केंद्रीय अध्यक्ष अजय राय ने कहा कि यह निर्णय उन हजारों श्रमिकों के आत्मसम्मान और जीवनयापन के अधिकार की रक्षा करता है, जो वर्षों से ठेकेदारों के माध्यम से सरकारी संस्थानों में कार्यरत हैं, परंतु उन्हें अब तक न्यूनतम मजदूरी तक नहीं दी जा रही थी।

श्री राय ने कहा कि हाईकोर्ट ने संविधान और मानवीय मूल्यों की रक्षा करते हुए यह स्पष्ट किया है कि श्रमिक चाहे प्रत्यक्ष रूप से नियोजित हो या किसी एजेंसी के माध्यम से, उसे उसके श्रम के अनुपात में सम्मानजनक पारिश्रमिक मिलना चाहिए।

संघ ने राज्य सरकार से मांग की है कि इस आदेश का तत्काल अनुपालन सुनिश्चित करते हुए सभी विभागों एवं निकायों में कार्यरत आउटसोर्सकर्मियों को न्यूनतम वेतनमान की गारंटी दी जाए। साथ ही, यह भी सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि भविष्य में किसी भी श्रमिक के साथ शोषण न हो।

श्री राय ने जानकारी दी कि 4 जुलाई को झारखंड ऊर्जा विकास श्रमिक संघ का एक प्रतिनिधिमंडल निगम के वरीय अधिकारियों से मुलाकात कर कोर्ट आदेश के अनुपालन हेतु ज्ञापन सौंपेगा। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि यदि न्यायालय के इस स्पष्ट आदेश के बावजूद संबंधित विभाग या एजेंसियां लापरवाही बरतती हैं, तो संघ राज्यव्यापी आंदोलन शुरू करने को बाध्य होगा।”
