स्कूल के सामने गिरी हाई वोल्टेज लाइन, चिंगारी और धुएं से मची अफरा-तफरी, बड़ा हादसा टला

गुमला: गुमला जिले के चरका टांगर जाम टोली गांव में शुक्रवार को उस समय हड़कंप मच गया, जब एक स्कूल के ठीक सामने से गुज़र रही हाई वोल्टेज बिजली की लाइन अचानक जमीन पर गिर पड़ी। घटना के दौरान किसी व्यक्ति या मवेशी की उपस्थिति न होने से एक बड़ी दुर्घटना टल गई। स्थानीय लोगों ने इसे बिजली विभाग की लापरवाही करार दिया और जिम्मेदार अधिकारियों के खिलाफ नाराज़गी ज़ाहिर की।

प्रत्यक्षदर्शियों के अनुसार, तार गिरते ही ज़मीन में तेज़ विद्युत स्पार्किंग होने लगी, जिससे आग की चिंगारी और धुएं का गुबार उठने लगा। जिस स्थान पर तार गिरा, वह खेत बारिश के कारण भीगा हुआ था, जिससे बिजली ने तुरंत प्रतिक्रिया की। सौभाग्य से उस वक्त खेत में न तो कोई ग्रामीण था, न ही कोई मवेशी, अन्यथा जान-माल की भारी क्षति हो सकती थी।

विभाग की लापरवाही पर उठे सवाल

स्थानीय ग्रामीणों का कहना है कि गुमला जिले में बिजली विभाग की लचर व्यवस्था के कारण इस तरह की घटनाएं लगातार हो रही हैं। पहले भी कई लोगों और मवेशियों की मौत हाई वोल्टेज तारों के गिरने से हो चुकी है, लेकिन विभाग की ओर से कोई सख्त कदम नहीं उठाया गया।

एक ग्रामीण ने नाराज़गी जताते हुए कहा, “हर बार हादसे के बाद विभाग सिर्फ तार जोड़ने आता है, लेकिन पुराने जर्जर तारों की जांच या मरम्मत नहीं की जाती। ये किसका इंतज़ार कर रहे हैं? किसी स्कूल के बच्चे की जान जाने का?”

स्कूली बच्चों की सुरक्षा बनी चिंता का विषय

घटना जिस स्थान पर हुई, वह एक विद्यालय के सामने था। यह चिंता का विषय है कि यदि यह हादसा स्कूल की छुट्टी के समय या बच्चों के मौजूद रहने पर होता, तो स्थिति भयावह हो सकती थी। अभिभावकों ने प्रशासन से मांग की है कि विद्यालयों के आसपास की बिजली संरचना की नियमित जांच होनी चाहिए।

प्रशासन से गुहार

ग्रामीणों ने जिला प्रशासन और बिजली विभाग से अपील की है कि ऐसे संवेदनशील क्षेत्रों में हाई वोल्टेज लाइनों का गहन निरीक्षण कराया जाए और खराब, झूलते या पुराने तारों को अविलंब बदला जाए। साथ ही ऐसी घटनाओं की पुनरावृत्ति रोकने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार अधिकारियों पर कार्रवाई होनी चाहिए।
