झारखंड कैबिनेट की बैठक में कुल 27 प्रस्ताव मंजूर,महंगाई भत्ते में बढ़ोतरी,1 अगस्त से मॉनसून सत्र 

रांची : राज्य सरकार के पेंशनधारियों व पारिवारिक पेंशनभोगियों को अपुनरीक्षित वेतनमान (छठा केन्द्रीय वेतनमान) में एक जनवरी 2025 के प्रभाव से महंगाई राहत की दरों में अभिवृद्धि की गई है.

शुक्रवार को हुई कैबिनेट की बैठक में इसकी स्वीकृति दी गई. कैबिनेट की बैठक में कुल 27 प्रस्तावों को मंजूरी दी गई. सरकारी कर्मचारियों और पेंशनधारियों के महंगाई भत्ता में 6 फ़ीसदी की वृद्धि की गई. महंगाई भत्ता को 246 फीसदी से बढ़ाकर 252 फीसदी कर दिया गया.

कैबिनेट की बैठक में बताया गया कि झारखंड विधानसभा का मॉनसून सत्र एक अगस्त से शुरू होगा. यह सत्र सात अगस्त तक चलेगा. इसमें कुल पांच कार्यदिवस होंगे. 

एकीकृत पेंशन स्कीम के संचालन की स्वीकृति दी गई

मंत्रिपरिषद की बैठक में राष्ट्रीय पेंशन प्रणाली के तहत एकीकृत पेंशन स्कीम के संचालन की स्वीकृति दी गई. इसके तहत जिन्होंने ओल्ड पेंशन स्कीम को नहीं चुना है, वे इस पेंशन को चुन सकते हैं.

इसमें राज्य सरकार का अंशदान 18.5 फीसदी रहेगा. झारखंड अवर शिक्षा सेवा के पूर्व में सृजित पदों के आलोक में वर्तमान आवश्यकतानुसार पदों का प्रत्यर्पण एवं स्वीकृति दी गई. इसमें 318 प्रखंडों में प्रखंड शिक्षा पदाधिकारी की नियुक्ति की जाएगी. 130 पद लेवल सात के और 17 पद लेवल आठ के होंगे.

उत्तरवर्ती बिहार एवं झारखंड राज्य स्थित एकीकृत बिहार पंचायत राज वित्त निगम लिमिटेड के कर्मियों के बकाया वेतनादि के भुगतान हेतु झारखंड आकस्मिकता निधि से अग्रिम की निकासी की स्वीकृति दी गई.

झारखंड उत्पाद (झारखंड राज्य बिवरेजेज कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड के माध्यम से खुदरा उत्पाद दुकानों का संचालन) नियमावली, 2022″ के तहत राजस्वहित में अल्पकालीन वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था की गई है.

इसके तहत नई खुदरा उत्पाद नीति के तहत खुदरा उत्पाद दुकानों का संचालन प्रारम्भ होने तक श्रम, विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित दर के आलोक में दैनिक पारिश्रमिक पर मानव बल की सेवा प्राप्त कर झारखंड राज्य बिवरेजेज कॉरपोरेशन लिमिटेड के माध्यम से खुदरा उत्पाद दुकानों के संचालन होगा. 

जिला योजना अनाबद्ध राशि के भगुतान की मार्गदर्शिका में संशोधन

जिला योजना अनाबद्ध राशि के भगुतान की मार्गदर्शिका में संशोधन की स्वीकृति दी गई. पहले योजना के निर्माण कार्य में मरम्मत और जीर्णोद्धार की राशि का प्रावधान नहीं था.

अब जिलों को मिलने वाली राशि में 30 फीसदी राशि पुरानी योजना के मरम्मत व जीर्णोद्धार में खर्च होगा. कैबिनेट की बैठक में संस्था निबंधन नियमावली के गठन की स्वीकृति दी गई. इसके तहत 2014 से संस्थाओं का ऑनलाइन निबंधन किया जा रहा है. इसे नियमावली में समाहित करने की स्वीकृति दी गई.

इसके अलावा भूमि संसाधन विभाग, ग्रामीण विकास मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा स्वीकृत प्रधानमंत्री कृषि सिंचाई योजना-जलछाजन विकास अवयव परियोजनाओं में स्पाइनलैस कैक्टस में तकनीकी सहयोग प्रदान करने के लिए चार संस्था के बीच एमओयू करने की स्वीकृति दी गई.
