महिला उद्यमिता और स्थानीय उत्पादों को बढ़ावा देने को लेकर गुमला में एफपीओ सशक्तिकरण पर हुई अहम बैठक

गुमला ज़िले में “उज्जना बिजना अभियान” के अंतर्गत सोमवार को एक विशेष समन्वय बैठक आयोजित की गई, जिसका मकसद जिले के फार्मर प्रोड्यूसर ऑर्गनाइजेशन (एफपीओ) को सशक्त बनाना और महिला उद्यमियों को मुख्यधारा के बाजार से जोड़ना था। उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित के निर्देश पर यह पहल की गई, जिसमें विभिन्न विभागों के अधिकारियों, संस्थाओं और परियोजना प्रतिनिधियों ने हिस्सा लिया।

एफपीओ को दी जाएगी सीजनल उत्पादों पर आधारित रणनीति
बैठक में मौजूद जिला योजना पदाधिकारी, JSLPS के जिला परियोजना प्रबंधक, जिला उद्यम समन्वयक, और ‘प्रदान’ संस्था के प्रतिनिधियों ने इस बात पर सहमति जताई कि जिले के 23 चिन्हित एफपीओ को उनके क्षेत्रीय और मौसमी उत्पादों के अनुसार योजनाबद्ध किया जाएगा। इसके लिए उत्पादन आधारित क्लस्टर विकसित करने और मार्केट लिंक मजबूत करने पर विशेष बल दिया गया।

महिला उद्यमियों की भूमिका को मिलेगा नया आयाम
अभियान के तहत महिला उद्यमिता को प्राथमिकता दी जा रही है। उपायुक्त का मानना है कि महिला स्वावलंबन न केवल ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती देगा, बल्कि सामाजिक बदलाव का भी वाहक बनेगा।

चिप्सोना आलू की ब्रांडिंग की योजना पर चर्चा
विशुनपुर प्रखंड में उत्पादित चिप्सोना आलू के उत्पादन और प्रसंस्करण के लिए योजना तैयार की जा रही है, जिसे प्लानिंग विभाग के सहयोग से मूर्त रूप दिया जाएगा। इसके ब्रांडिंग और बाजार विस्तार को लेकर भी रणनीति बनाई जा रही है।

मॉडल मिट सेंटर और पोल्ट्री यूनिट की स्थापना की पुष्टि
सदर प्रखंड में मॉडल मिट सेंटर हेतु स्थान चयन और रूम अलॉटमेंट की प्रक्रिया पूरी हो चुकी है। यहां पोल्ट्री यूनिट और स्वच्छ पेयजल की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाएगी, जिससे ग्रामीण रोजगार में वृद्धि की संभावना है।

लघु वन उत्पादों की वैज्ञानिक तरीके से प्रोसेसिंग और मार्केटिंग
बैठक में लेमन ग्रास, इमली, करौंजी और लाह जैसे लघु वन उत्पादों के वैज्ञानिक संग्रहण और प्रोसेसिंग पर भी चर्चा हुई। इन उत्पादों को संगठित रूप से बाजार तक पहुँचाने की संभावनाओं पर विचार किया गया। संबंधित विभागों को ज़मीनी स्तर पर योजना तैयार करने और क्रियान्वयन की जिम्मेदारी सौंपी गई।

उपायुक्त करेंगी फील्ड विज़िट, ज़मीनी हालात की लेंगी जानकारी
बैठक के दौरान उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा कि वे स्वयं एफपीओ सदस्यों से फील्ड विज़िट के माध्यम से मुलाकात करेंगी। उनका उद्देश्य है कि वे प्रत्यक्ष रूप से उनकी गतिविधियों को समझें और स्थानीय समस्याओं को हल करें।

गुमला जिले में चल रहे उज्जना बिजना अभियान के तहत एफपीओ को नई दिशा देने की पहल से यह स्पष्ट है कि प्रशासन जमीनी स्तर पर आर्थिक आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में ठोस कदम उठा रहा है। विशेषकर महिला उद्यमिता, मौसमी उत्पादों की ब्रांडिंग, और ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में रोजगार सृजन इस योजना के प्रमुख स्तंभ हैं।
