भू-माफिया, अंचलकर्मी और बीएसएल के अफसरों की मिलीभगत से सौ एकड़ जमीन की खरीद-बिक्री मामले में सीआईडी की बड़ी कार्रवाई, दो गिरफ्तार

बोकारो : करीब एक सौ एकड़ जमीन का फर्जीवाड़ा कर दस्तावेज बनाकर हड़पने और बेचने के मामले में बोकारो जिले के तेतुलिया मौजा स्थित वन भूमि की अवैध खरीद-बिक्री के मामले में सीआईडी ने शनिवार को बड़ी कार्रवाई की है. सीआईडी की टीम ने इस फर्जीवाड़े में शामिल इजहार हुसैन और अख्तर हुसैन को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. डीजीपी ने मामले की पुष्टि करते हुए कहा कि दो व्यक्तियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया है और आगे की जांच जारी है.

बता दें कि इस मामले की जांच सीआईडी और ईडी भी कर रही है. दोनों की गिरफ्तारी के बाद बोकारो के सफेदपोशों व अधिकारियों के बीच हड़कंप मच गया है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी मामले की सुनवाई चल रही है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट में राज्य सरकार से जमीन के मूल दस्तावेज का रिकॉर्ड मांगा गया है. इस जमीन घोटाले की जांच के लिए सीआईडी टीम जांच के लिए बोकारो पहुंची थी. 

सीआइडी की टीम ने चास अंचलाधिकारी कार्यालय में बोकारो के डीएफओ रजनीश कुमार के साथ घंटों जमीन घोटालों से जुड़े कागजातों की छानबीन की थी. इसी क्रम में वॉल्यूम 60 से लेकर 75 नंबर तक के पेज फाड़े हुए पाए गए.इसमें करीब 400 एकड़ रिहायशी जमीन का रिकॉर्ड था.

सीआईडी बोकारो के सेक्टर-12 थाना में दर्ज कांड संख्या 32/2024 को टेकओवर कर अपनी जांच शुरू कर चुकी है. वन विभाग की जमीन को माफिया द्वारा बेचे जाने का मामला सामने आने के बाद बोकारो वन प्रमंडल के प्रभारी वनपाल सह वनरक्षक रुद्र प्रताप सिंह ने थाने में प्राथमिकी दर्ज करवाई थी.

आरोप है कि इसमें भू-माफिया, अंचल कर्मी और बोकारो स्टील प्लांट के अफसरों की मिलीभगत है. इस जमीन को बोकारो स्टील प्लांट द्वारा वन विभाग को वापस लौटा दिया गया था. मामले को लेकर झारखंड के डीजीपी अनुराग गुप्ता के निर्देश पर जमीन घोटाला मामले की जांच सीआईडी को सौंप दी गई थी.
