गौतम अदाणी ने पेश की हेल्थकेयर की नई परिकल्पना, एआई आधारित सस्ता और सशक्त सिस्टम होगा भविष्य की दिशा

11 जुलाई 2025 को मुंबई के प्रतिष्ठित ताज महल पैलेस होटल में आयोजित SMISS-Asia Pacific के पांचवें वार्षिक सम्मेलन में अदाणी ग्रुप के चेयरमैन गौतम अदाणी ने भारतीय हेल्थकेयर को लेकर अपनी दूरदर्शी सोच साझा की। उन्होंने एक ऐसे विश्वस्तरीय, एआई-सक्षम और आमजन के लिए किफायती हेल्थ इकोसिस्टम की परिकल्पना रखी जो भारत को स्वास्थ्य के क्षेत्र में नई ऊंचाइयों तक ले जा सके।

एआई आधारित, समावेशी हेल्थ सिस्टम की जरूरत पर ज़ोर
गौतम अदाणी ने अपने संबोधन में कहा, “हमें एक ऐसा स्वास्थ्य तंत्र चाहिए जो एकीकृत, समावेशी और प्रेरणादायक हो। यह सिस्टम परंपरागत विभागीय दीवारों को तोड़ते हुए मरीज की संपूर्ण ज़रूरतों को ध्यान में रखे।” उन्होंने कहा कि यह बदलाव सिर्फ सुधार नहीं, बल्कि क्रांतिकारी सोच की मांग करता है।

हेल्थकेयर के लिए पाँच स्तंभों पर आधारित विज़न
अदाणी ने भविष्य के हेल्थकेयर सिस्टम के लिए पाँच मूल सिद्धांत बताए:

1. विभागीय बाधाओं को तोड़ने वाला एकीकृत इलाज
2. मॉड्युलर और स्केलेबल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर
3. एआई और रोबोटिक्स पर आधारित टेक-इनेबल्ड मेडिकल शिक्षा
4. नर्सिंग व पैरामेडिकल प्रशिक्षण में निवेश
5. मरीज-केंद्रित और कागज़ रहित स्वास्थ्य बीमा प्रणाली

हेल्थकेयर ‘टेम्पल्स’: अहमदाबाद और मुंबई में 1,000 बेड वाले सुपर-स्पेशलिटी मेडिकल कैम्पस
गौतम अदाणी ने बताया कि अदाणी ग्रुप अहमदाबाद और मुंबई में आधुनिक मेडिकल कैम्पस बना रहा है जो मायो क्लिनिक से प्रेरित होंगे। ये कैम्पस क्लिनिकल केयर, मेडिकल रिसर्च और उच्चस्तरीय शिक्षा का संगम होंगे, जिन्हें महामारी जैसी आपात परिस्थितियों में तेज़ी से विस्तारित किया जा सकेगा।

हेल्थ सेक्टर में सुधार नहीं, क्रांतिकारी बदलाव ज़रूरी
उन्होंने कहा, “हम इसलिए हेल्थकेयर में आए क्योंकि इस क्षेत्र की गति पर्याप्त नहीं थी। इसकी जरूरत है बुद्धिमत्ता और संवेदनशीलता से जुड़ी सोच की।” उन्होंने हेल्थकेयर को राष्ट्रीय विकास की रीढ़ बताया और कहा कि लोगों को खड़ा करने के लिए उनके स्वास्थ्य को प्राथमिकता देना अनिवार्य है।

भारत की स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की वर्तमान स्थिति पर चिंता
गौतम अदाणी ने बताया कि भारत में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की पहुँच अब भी असमान है। हर 10,000 लोगों पर सिर्फ 20.6 डॉक्टर, नर्स या दाई उपलब्ध हैं, जबकि WHO का मानक 44.5 है। 74% डॉक्टर शहरी क्षेत्रों में केंद्रित हैं, जिससे ग्रामीण भारत की स्वास्थ्य ज़रूरतें उपेक्षित रह जाती हैं।

इससे उत्पन्न होती हैं गंभीर चुनौतियाँ:

• अत्यधिक भीड़भाड़ वाले क्लीनिक
• निजी इलाज की बढ़ती लागत
• दूरदराज़ इलाकों में गैर-पेशेवर सेवाओं पर निर्भरता
• अनियोजित हेल्थ फंडिंग

समाधान क्या है?
अदाणी का मानना है कि इस पूरी व्यवस्था को फिर से डिज़ाइन करना होगा—इलाज, इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर, बीमा, ट्रेनिंग और तकनीक को केंद्र में रखकर।

60,000 करोड़ रुपये का सामाजिक निवेश
अदाणी ग्रुप अब तक हेल्थ, एजुकेशन और स्किल डेवलपमेंट में 60,000 करोड़ रुपए का योगदान दे चुका है। गौतम अदाणी ने इसे राष्ट्र निर्माण की दिशा में एक मजबूत कदम बताया और सभी चिकित्सा विशेषज्ञों से राष्ट्रहित में भागीदारी की अपील की।

उनका अंतिम संदेश:
“जिस रीढ़ को आप आज बचा रहे हैं, वह किसी इंजीनियर की हो सकती है जो कल पुल बनाएगा, किसी वैज्ञानिक की जो अगली वैक्सीन खोजेगा, या उस उद्यमी की जो अगली अरबों की कंपनी स्थापित करेगा।”
