गुमला में थाना प्रभारियों को मिला ‘राह-वीर 2025’ और ‘कैशलेस ट्रीटमेंट योजना’ का प्रशिक्षण, सड़क हादसों में पीड़ितों को मिलेगी तत्काल मदद

गुमला जिले के बसिया, कामडारा, पालकोट और कुरकुरा थाना क्षेत्रों के थाना प्रभारी, सब इंस्पेक्टर (S.I.) और असिस्टेंट सब इंस्पेक्टर (A.S.I.) को शनिवार को एक विशेष प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के तहत ‘राह-वीर 2025’ और ‘कैशलेस ट्रीटमेंट योजना’ की विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई। इस प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य सड़क दुर्घटनाओं के दौरान त्वरित कार्रवाई और पीड़ितों को सुनियोजित सहायता प्रदान करने के लिए पुलिस बल को तकनीकी रूप से सक्षम बनाना था।

प्रशिक्षण का उद्देश्य और संचालन:
पुलिस अधीक्षक हरीश बिन जमां के निर्देश पर आयोजित इस प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम में IRAD (इंटीग्रेटेड रोड एक्सीडेंट डाटाबेस) और e-DAR (इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिटेल्ड एक्सीडेंट रिपोर्ट) प्रणाली के कार्यान्वयन पर विशेष ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में रोड सेफ्टी मैनेजर प्रभाष कुमार, आईटी सहायक मंटू रवानी और प्रणय कांशी ने प्रतिभागियों को तकनीकी पहलुओं की जानकारी दी।
कार्यक्रम में डीएसपी वीरेंद्र टोप्पो भी मौजूद रहे।

‘राह-वीर 2025’ योजना: सजग नागरिकों के लिए सम्मान
इस योजना का उद्देश्य सड़क दुर्घटना में घायल व्यक्ति की सहायता करने वाले नागरिकों को प्रोत्साहन देना है। यदि कोई सजग नागरिक ‘गोल्डन ऑवर’—घटना के पहले 60 मिनट—के भीतर पीड़ित को अस्पताल पहुँचाता है, तो उसे ₹25,000 तक का नकद पुरस्कार दिया जाएगा। इस योजना की शुरुआत केंद्र सरकार द्वारा अप्रैल 2025 में की गई है।

कैशलेस ट्रीटमेंट योजना: इलाज की चिंता नहीं
भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई यह योजना सड़क दुर्घटना के शिकार व्यक्तियों को ₹1.5 लाख तक का कैशलेस इलाज मुहैया कराती है।

• इलाज दुर्घटना के पहले 7 दिनों तक मान्य होगा
• मरीज को नामित सरकारी या निजी अस्पताल में भर्ती किया जाएगा
• प्रारंभिक उपचार निकटतम अस्पताल में संभव होगा
• सभी अस्पतालों को तीन दिन के भीतर पंजीकरण करना अनिवार्य है

IRAD और e-DAR प्रणाली क्या है?

• IRAD: दुर्घटना की स्थल-आधारित डिजिटल रिपोर्टिंग प्रणाली
• e-DAR: विस्तृत रिपोर्ट जिसमें वीडियो, फोटो, वाहन और व्यक्ति की पूरी जानकारी होती है
• इन दोनों प्लेटफॉर्मों से पुलिस की रिपोर्ट स्वचालित रूप से स्वास्थ्य, बीमा और परिवहन विभागों से जुड़ जाएगी, जिससे तेज़ी से कार्रवाई और इलाज संभव हो सकेगा।

प्रशिक्षण से क्या लाभ होगा?

• दुर्घटना की सटीक और समय पर रिपोर्टिंग
• पीड़ित को ‘गोल्डन ऑवर’ में इलाज उपलब्ध कराना
• जनसहभागिता को बढ़ावा और सजग नागरिकों को मान्यता
• पुलिस, स्वास्थ्य और बीमा एजेंसियों के बीच बेहतर समन्वय

गुमला जिले में ‘राह-वीर 2025’ और कैशलेस उपचार योजनाओं को लेकर थाना प्रभारियों को दी गई यह ट्रेनिंग केवल एक प्रशासनिक कवायद नहीं, बल्कि एक मानवीय पहल है। यह पहल यह सुनिश्चित करती है कि सड़क दुर्घटना में घायल व्यक्ति को तुरंत इलाज मिले और सहायता करने वालों को उचित सम्मान व सहयोग दिया जा सके।
