उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने घाघरा में पुस्तकालय, स्वास्थ्य केंद्र और आंगनबाड़ी का किया निरीक्षण, व्यवस्था सुधार को लेकर दिए सख्त निर्देश

गुमला उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने शनिवार को घाघरा प्रखंड के तीन प्रमुख स्थलों—महात्मा गांधी पुस्तकालय भवन, सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (सीएचसी) और टोंकाटोली आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र—का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस निरीक्षण का उद्देश्य जनसेवाओं की गुणवत्ता का आकलन करना और आवश्यक सुधार के लिए तत्काल निर्देश जारी करना था।

महात्मा गांधी पुस्तकालय: जागरूकता बढ़ाने पर ज़ोर
निरीक्षण की शुरुआत महात्मा गांधी पुस्तकालय भवन से हुई, जहां उपायुक्त ने पुस्तकों की उपलब्धता, बच्चों की उपस्थिति और सुविधाओं का जायज़ा लिया। पुस्तकालय में कम संख्या में बच्चों की मौजूदगी पर चिंता जताते हुए उन्होंने प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी को निर्देश दिया कि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में विशेष जागरूकता अभियान चलाया जाए ताकि अधिक विद्यार्थी इस सुविधा से लाभान्वित हो सकें।

सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र (सीएचसी) का मूल्यांकन
घाघरा सीएचसी में उपायुक्त ने दवा भंडारण, डायलिसिस यूनिट, लेबर रूम, डॉक्टर कक्ष और अन्य इकाइयों का निरीक्षण किया। गर्भवती महिलाओं से बातचीत कर उन्होंने चिकित्सा सुविधाओं की हकीकत जानी और प्रभारी चिकित्सा पदाधिकारी डॉ. अरविंद कुशल एक्का को निर्देशित किया कि सभी सेवाओं की गुणवत्ता और नियमितता सुनिश्चित की जाए।

• डायलिसिस यूनिट: डॉक्टरों की उपलब्धता और यूनिट की कार्यप्रणाली का निरीक्षण
• 108 एम्बुलेंस: खराब होने की स्थिति में वैकल्पिक एम्बुलेंस की तत्काल व्यवस्था के निर्देश
• स्टाफ रूम व सड़क मरम्मत: सीपेज और पीसीसी रोड की आवश्यकता पर प्रस्ताव तैयार कर शीघ्र समाधान का आश्वासन

स्वास्थ्य सहिया द्वारा मानदेय संबंधित समस्या साझा करने पर उपायुक्त ने संवेदनशीलता दिखाते हुए यह विषय उच्च स्तर तक पहुंचाने का भरोसा दिया।

टोंकाटोली आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र की स्थिति
निरीक्षण के अंतिम चरण में उपायुक्त टोंकाटोली स्थित आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र पहुंचीं। उन्होंने बच्चों की नामांकन पंजिका, उपस्थिति रजिस्टर और अन्य दस्तावेजों की समीक्षा की। केंद्र की खराब भौतिक स्थिति पर उन्होंने जल्द ही जिले के अन्य आंगनबाड़ी केंद्रों की मरम्मत कराने की बात कही।

अधिकारियों की उपस्थिति और सहयोग
निरीक्षण के दौरान प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी दिनेश कुमार, थाना प्रभारी पुनीत मिंज और स्वास्थ्य, महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग के अन्य अधिकारी व कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
