गिरिडीह डीसी ने राजस्व, निबंधन एवं भूमि सुधार से जुड़ी बैठक में दिए निर्देश, 90 दिनों से ज्यादा लंबित आवेदनों का जल्द निष्पादित करें 

गिरिडीह :  जिले के उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव ने सोमवार को राजस्व, निबंधन एवं भूमि सुधार से जुड़ी बैठक में सभी लंबित आवेदनों को कैंप लगाकर जल्द निष्पादित करने का निर्देश दिया। इसके साथ ही भारत सरकार एवं राज्य सरकार के विभिन्न विभागों को भूमि हस्तांतरण की समीक्षा करते हुए उपायुक्त ने भूमि हस्तांतरण हेतु प्राप्त अधियाचना की अंचलवार अद्यतन स्थिति की जानकारी ली।

बैठक में उपायुक्त द्वारा अंतर विभागीय भूमि हस्तांतरण, म्यूटेशन, म्यूटेशन अपील, भूमि सीमांकन, किराया संग्रह, परिशोधन, पीजीपोर्टल/सीपीजीआरएएमएस, ई-राजस्व न्यायालय (आरसीएमएस) समेत अन्य के प्रतिवेदनों की बिंदुवार समीक्षा की गई।

समीक्षा के क्रम में लंबित म्यूटेशन के आवेदनों को लेकर उपायुक्त ने निर्देश दिया कि निर्धारित समय सीमा में ही आवेदनों का निष्पादन करना सुनिश्चित करें। वैसे आवेदन जो 90 दिनों से ज्यादा लंबित हैं उन्हें यथाशीघ्र निष्पादित करें।

इसके अलावा उन्होंने विभिन्न अंतरविभागीय भूमि हस्तांतरण मामलों की भी जानकारी ली. उन्हें यथाशीघ्र निष्पादन करने को भी कहा। वहीं जिन क्षेत्रों में भूमि हस्तांतरण का कार्य लंबित है, वहां के संबंधित अंचलाधिकारी को आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश देते हुए भूमि चिह्नित कर प्रस्ताव जल्द से जल्द भेजने का निर्देश दिया।

सभी एसडीओ को अदालती कार्रवाई नियमित चलाने का निर्देश

उपायुक्त ने सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि वे अपनी अदालती कार्रवाई को नियमित चलाएं, जिससे लंबित मामलों का जल्द से जल्द निबटारा हो सके एवं संबंधित पदाधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि उनके द्वारा लोगों के आवेदनों और उनके वाद को निष्पादित करने की कार्यवाही नियमित रूप से संचालित करें तथा वाद सूची एवं आदेश ऑनलाइन अपलोड करना भी सुनिश्चित करें। वहीं जितने भी शिकायत पोर्टल पर मिले हैं, उनका जल्द से जल्द निष्पादन करें.

उन्होंने संबंधित अंचल अधिकारी को विभिन्न परियोजनाओं के लिए अधिग्रहित भूमि के म्यूटेशन की प्रक्रिया को आगे बढ़ाने का भी निर्देश दिया। बैठक में अपर समाहर्ता, सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, सभी भूमि सुधार उप समाहर्ता, अभी अंचलाधिकारी, जिला अवर निबंधक, सभी अवर निबंधक समेत अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
