गुमला में आकांक्षी जिला-प्रखंड कार्यक्रम की समीक्षा बैठक संपन्न, स्वास्थ्य-शिक्षा पर जोर

गुमला समाहरणालय में सोमवार को आयोजित आकांक्षी जिला एवं आकांक्षी प्रखंड कार्यक्रम की प्रगति समीक्षा बैठक में जिला प्रशासन ने स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, कृषि और बुनियादी विकास जैसे प्राथमिक क्षेत्रों में लक्ष्यों की पूर्ति के लिए ठोस दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए। यह बैठक उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो की अध्यक्षता में हुई, जिसमें पूर्व में उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों की प्रगति की समीक्षा भी की गई।

स्वास्थ्य: एनसी रजिस्ट्रेशन और पोषण पर ध्यान
बैठक में सबसे पहले स्वास्थ्य क्षेत्र की समीक्षा की गई, जहां एनसी (नवजात पंजीकरण) की प्रगति को और तेज़ करने तथा कुपोषित और अति कुपोषित बच्चों की पहचान व उनके पोषण प्रबंधन को प्राथमिकता देने का निर्देश दिया गया।

शिक्षा: बुनियादी सुविधाएं हों बेहतर
विद्यालयों में शौचालय और पेयजल की अनुपलब्धता या ख़राब स्थिति को तुरंत सुधारने के निर्देश दिए गए। उप विकास आयुक्त ने कहा कि बच्चों की उपस्थिति और सीखने की गुणवत्ता को बेहतर बनाने के लिए स्कूल इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर को दुरुस्त करना बेहद जरूरी है।

कृषि: सॉइल हेल्थ कार्ड पर तेज़ी लाने के निर्देश
मिट्टी की गुणवत्ता जांच (सॉइल हेल्थ कार्ड) वितरण की धीमी प्रगति पर चिंता जताई गई और किसानों को जागरूक करने के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाने पर बल दिया गया। कृषि विभाग को लक्ष्य पूर्ति के लिए ग्रामीण संपर्क अभियान चलाने का निर्देश मिला।

अन्य प्राथमिकताएं और समन्वय पर ज़ोर
बैठक में यह भी उल्लेख किया गया कि जिन क्षेत्रों में तय इंडिकेटर के अनुसार सुधार नहीं हुआ, वहां विभागीय समन्वय को और मज़बूत किया जाए। स्थानीय स्तर पर निगरानी को सक्रिय करने की आवश्यकता पर भी बल दिया गया।

उप विकास आयुक्त की अपील:

उप विकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो ने कहा,

“आकांक्षी जिला और प्रखंड कार्यक्रमों के तहत तय लक्ष्यों को समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरा किया जाना ज़रूरी है, ताकि जिला की राष्ट्रीय रैंकिंग में सुधार हो और जमीनी स्तर पर जनसेवा के परिणाम बेहतर दिखाई दें।”

गुमला जिला प्रशासन आकांक्षी जिलों की सूची में शामिल होने के बाद लगातार स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, पोषण, कृषि और आधारभूत संरचना में सुधार की दिशा में कार्यरत है। इस बैठक ने पुनः यह स्पष्ट किया कि प्रशासनिक दृढ़ता और निगरानी से ही वांछित सामाजिक और आर्थिक परिवर्तन संभव है।
