हेमंत सरकार ने उठाया सख्त कदम…एक साथ 143 डॉक्टर्स बर्खास्त, 16 जिलों के डॉक्टर्स लंबे समय से गायब थे

रांची : झारखंड में अपनी ड्यूटी से लगातार अनुपस्थित रहनेवाले डॉक्टरों का पुराना  रोग है. इसके अलावा सरकारी डॉक्टरों की निजी प्रैक्टिस पर किसी भी सरकार ने कभी गंभीरता से नहीं लिया है. अलबत्ता कार्रवाई के नाम पर हो-हल्ला बहुत हुआ है. वैसे इस बार हेमंत सरकार ने लगातार गैरहाजिर रहनेवाले डॉक्टरों के खिलाफ जरूर सख्त कदम उठाया है।

स्वास्थ्य, चिकित्सा शिक्षा एवं परिवार कल्याण विभाग ने 143 डॉक्टरों को सेवा से बर्खास्त कर दिया है। इन सभी डॉक्टरों पर आरोप था कि वे बिना सूचना और अनुमति के लंबे समय से ड्यूटी से गायब थे। विभाग ने मंगलवार को इस संबंध में अधिसूचना जारी कर दी है। इसके बाद ऐसे डॉक्टरों में खदबदाहट है.

बता दें कि सेवा से बर्खास्त किए गए डॉक्टरों की नियुक्ति जेपीएससी के माध्यम से हुई थी। ये डॉक्टर राज्य के विभिन्न जिलों जैसे-गुमला, खूंटी, गढ़वा, गिरिडीह रामगढ़, हजारीबाग, बोकारो, धनबाद, जामताड़ा, दुमका, देवघर, चतरा, पाकुड़, गोड्डा,  पूर्वी व प. सिंहभूम के सरकारी अस्पतालों में पदस्थापित थे। 

लंबे समय से ऐसे डॉक्टरों की मिल रही थीं शिकायतें 

अभी कुल 16 जिलों के डॉक्टरों को बर्खास्त कर दिया गया है. बाकी जिलों के गायब डॉक्टर शायद जल्द अपनी ड्यूटी में वापस आ जाएं. सूत्र बताते हैं कि ये स्थिति कमोबेश सभी जिलों में है. इनपर आरोप है कि ऐसे डॉक्टर्स निजी प्रैक्टिस में बिजी रहते हैं. लंबे समय से ऐसे डॉक्टरों की शिकायतें मिल रही थीं.

मिली जानकारी के अनुसार पश्चिम सिंहभूम सदर अस्पताल के डॉ. विक्रम, जमशेदपुर सदर अस्पताल के रेडियोलॉजिस्ट डॉ. अभिषेक जायसवाल, ऑर्थोपेडिक डॉ. चंदेवर मंगेश महादेव, धनबाद सदर अस्पताल के सर्जन डॉ. अनीश कुमार गांधी व डॉ. मनीष कुमार, रिनपास में तैनात डॉ. रूपा, जामताड़ा सदर अस्पताल के डर्मेटोलॉजिस्ट डॉ. अभिषेक जैसे कई बड़े नाम शामिल हैं।

बरसात के मौसम में मरीजों की आई शामत

स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने अपनी अधिसूचना में स्पष्ट किया है कि अपनी ड्यूटी से सभी गैरहाजिर डॉक्टरों की नियुक्ति अधिसूचना को रद्द कर दिया गया है, जिससे अब खाली पदों पर नई भर्तियों के लिए रास्ता साफ हो गया है. लेकिन ये इतना आसान नहीं है कि तुरंत भर्तियों को पूरा किया जा सके. झारखंड सरकार में बहाली प्रक्रिया के लटकने का इतिहास पुराना है. फिलहाल तो बरसात के मौसम में मरीजों की शामत जरूर आ गई है. सरकार के पास इलाज की मुकम्मल व्यवस्था कभी नहीं रही है. ये भी हकीकत है.
