विभावि में एलएलएम 2024-26 नामांकन हेतु प्रवेश परीक्षा सम्पन्न, कड़ी निगरानी में हुआ निष्पक्ष आयोजन

हज़ारीबाग: विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में दो वर्षों के अंतराल के बाद एलएलएम पाठ्यक्रम में नामांकन प्रक्रिया की औपचारिक शुरुआत बुधवार को प्रवेश परीक्षा के आयोजन के साथ हुई। सत्र 2024-26 के लिए आयोजित यह परीक्षा शांतिपूर्ण और निष्पक्ष वातावरण में संपन्न हुई, जिसमें विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन ने सभी आवश्यक सतर्कताएं बरतीं।

ज्ञात हो कि पिछले दो शैक्षणिक वर्षों से विभावि में एलएलएम पाठ्यक्रम में नामांकन रुका हुआ था, जिससे न केवल छात्रों को नुकसान हो रहा था, बल्कि विश्वविद्यालय और महाविद्यालय को भी आर्थिक नुकसान का सामना करना पड़ रहा था। कुलपति पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने के तुरंत बाद प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने इस स्थिति को प्राथमिकता देते हुए समाधान की दिशा में कदम उठाए।

राजभवन के निर्देश पर ली गई परीक्षा:
हज़ारीबाग के सांसद मनीष जायसवाल ने भी विश्वविद्यालय प्रशासन का ध्यान इस ओर आकृष्ट किया था। इसके बाद कुलपति ने राजभवन से प्राप्त दिशा-निर्देशों का गहन अध्ययन कर एलएलएम प्रवेश प्रक्रिया को पुनः प्रारंभ करने का निर्णय लिया। इसी क्रम में 2024-26 सत्र के लिए विशेष प्रवेश परीक्षा की व्यवस्था की गई ताकि योग्य छात्रों को अवसर मिले और संस्थान की शैक्षणिक तथा आर्थिक संरचना को पुनर्जीवित किया जा सके।

परीक्षा व्यवस्था और निगरानी:
परीक्षा नियंत्रक डॉ. पंकज मांझी ने जानकारी दी कि पुनः परीक्षा एक विशेष समिति की निगरानी में आयोजित की गई, और इस दौरान परीक्षा के सभी प्रोटोकॉल का सख्ती से पालन किया गया। केंद्र अधीक्षक की भूमिका में डॉ. सुबोध कुमार सिंह उपस्थित रहे, जिनकी सख्त प्रशासनिक छवि के लिए वे जाने जाते हैं।

परीक्षा पर्यवेक्षण में वरिष्ठ अधिकारी:
परीक्षा के दौरान विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव डॉ. सादिक रज़्ज़ाक ने पर्यवेक्षक के रूप में जिम्मेदारी निभाई। वीक्षण कार्य में डॉ. जी. के. झा, डॉ. मनोज कुमार, डॉ. नीरज डांग और विवेक कुमार तिवारी शामिल रहे, जिन्होंने परीक्षा हॉल के अंदर अनुशासन और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित की। इसके अतिरिक्त, श्री प्रशांत कुमार को राज्य सरकार की ओर से स्टैटिक मजिस्ट्रेट के रूप में नियुक्त किया गया था।

शिक्षा प्रणाली में निष्पक्षता और पारदर्शिता बनाए रखने के लिए जिस तरह से विभावि प्रशासन ने एलएलएम प्रवेश परीक्षा का आयोजन किया, वह सराहनीय है। यह पहल न केवल शैक्षणिक उत्तरदायित्व की पुष्टि करती है, बल्कि विश्वविद्यालय की साख और छात्र हितों की रक्षा की दिशा में भी एक सकारात्मक संकेत है।
