गुमला में कृषि यंत्र वितरण कार्यक्रम संपन्न, ₹3.30 करोड़ की परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण, महिला कृषकों को मिली नई पहचान

गुमला: झारखंड सरकार द्वारा किसानों को आधुनिक संसाधनों से लैस कर स्वावलंबी बनाने की दिशा में एक और कदम बढ़ाते हुए, 31 जुलाई को गुमला में प्रमंडल स्तरीय कृषि यंत्र वितरण कार्यक्रम का आयोजन हुआ। यह कार्यक्रम कार्तिक उरांव महाविद्यालय के बहुउद्देशीय भवन में आयोजित किया गया, जहां लगभग 1,800 किसानों की उपस्थिति रही।

कार्यक्रम की मुख्य अतिथि कृषि, पशुपालन एवं सहकारिता मंत्री शिल्पा नेहा तिर्की रहीं। दीप प्रज्वलन के साथ कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत हुई। मंच पर विधायक सुदीप गुड़िया, JAMTTC के कार्यपालक निदेशक आर.पी. सिंह, भूमि संरक्षण निदेशालय के निदेशक अशोक सम्राट, कांग्रेस प्रदेश अध्यक्ष, जिला परिषद अध्यक्ष किरण माला बाड़ा, उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित, उपविकास आयुक्त दिलेश्वर महतो और अन्य पदाधिकारी एवं जनप्रतिनिधि उपस्थित थे।

तकनीक से सशक्त बने किसान:
मंत्री तिर्की ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि सरकार की मंशा है कि किसान केवल उत्पादक न बनें, बल्कि तकनीकी रूप से सक्षम ‘कृषक उद्यमी’ के रूप में उभरें। उन्होंने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री ट्रैक्टर वितरण योजना और कृषि यंत्रीकरण योजना के तहत किसानों को पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया के माध्यम से अनुदान आधारित यंत्र उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे हैं।

उन्होंने जोर देकर कहा कि लाभुक स्वयं उपकरणों का चयन करते हैं और भुगतान सीधे कंपनी को बैंकिंग माध्यम से होता है, जिससे भ्रष्टाचार और ब्रांड थोपने जैसी समस्याएं समाप्त होती हैं। साथ ही, उन्होंने किसानों को बिचौलियों और ऑनलाइन धोखाधड़ी से सतर्क रहने की सलाह दी।

महिला किसानों को मिला मंच और सम्मान:
मंत्री ने स्वयं ट्रैक्टर चलाकर एक प्रेरक संदेश दिया कि महिलाएं खेती और यंत्र संचालन दोनों में सक्षम हैं। उन्होंने कहा, “अब महिलाएं कृषि क्षेत्र में अग्रणी भूमिका निभा रही हैं, और उन्हें हरसंभव सहयोग देना सरकार की प्राथमिकता है।”

प्रशासनिक दृष्टिकोण:
उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने कहा, “कृषि आज भी हमारी आजीविका की रीढ़ है। आधुनिक संसाधनों और तकनीकी सहयोग से ही किसान आत्मनिर्भर बन सकते हैं।” उन्होंने बताया कि कार्यक्रम के तहत गुमला जिले की 30 महिला कृषक समूहों को 30 ट्रैक्टर वितरित किए गए, जिससे 450 परिवारों को सीधा लाभ मिलेगा।

इसके साथ ही 2 मिनी ट्रैक्टर समूहों को 80% अनुदान पर मिनी ट्रैक्टर, रोटावेटर और अन्य उपकरण मिले। साथ ही किसानों के बीच 100 पंपसेट और 4 सोलर पंपसेट 90% अनुदान पर वितरित किए गए।

भविष्य की योजनाएं:
उपायुक्त ने यह भी जानकारी दी कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 तक गुमला जिले में कुल 120 ट्रैक्टर, 80 सहायक कृषि यंत्र, 26 मिनी ट्रैक्टर और 867 पंपसेट वितरित करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। इससे लगभग 4,467 किसान परिवार लाभान्वित होंगे और सिंचाई क्षमता में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि होगी।

विशेषज्ञों की राय:
JAMTTC के कार्यपालक निदेशक आर.पी. सिंह ने कहा कि कृषि क्षेत्र में तकनीकी बदलाव लाकर छोटे और मंझोले किसानों को सशक्त किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने 80-90% अनुदान आधारित योजना को क्रांतिकारी बताते हुए किसानों से वैज्ञानिक पद्धति अपनाने का आह्वान किया।

विधायक सुदीप गुड़िया ने कहा कि अब खेती विज्ञान आधारित हो चुकी है और राज्य सरकार की योजनाएं किसानों को आर्थिक और तकनीकी रूप से मज़बूत बना रही हैं।

कार्यक्रम का समापन और आभार:
कार्यक्रम का संचालन जिला भूमि संरक्षण पदाधिकारी आशीष कुमार ने किया और समापन के अवसर पर अशोक सम्राट द्वारा धन्यवाद ज्ञापन प्रस्तुत किया गया। उन्होंने किसानों से परंपरागत कृषि से आगे बढ़कर वैज्ञानिक व नवाचार आधारित खेती अपनाने की अपील की।

झारखंड सरकार द्वारा आयोजित यह कार्यक्रम ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था और कृषि क्षेत्र को तकनीकी रूप से मज़बूत बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण प्रयास है। महिलाओं की बढ़ती भागीदारी और पारदर्शिता से संचालित अनुदान योजनाएं आने वाले समय में कृषि क्षेत्र की तस्वीर बदलने में अहम भूमिका निभा सकती हैं।
