गुमला में 3.30 करोड़ की कृषि परिसंपत्तियों का वितरण, महिला कृषकों को मिली तकनीकी मजबूती

गुमला: झारखंड सरकार की किसान-केन्द्रित योजनाओं के अंतर्गत गुमला में आयोजित दक्षिणी छोटानागपुर प्रमंडल स्तरीय कृषि यंत्र वितरण कार्यक्रम ने तकनीक-संवेदनशील और महिला-सशक्त खेती की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम बढ़ाया है। 31 जुलाई को आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में 1,800 से अधिक लाभुकों की उपस्थिति रही और ₹3.30 करोड़ मूल्य की कृषि परिसंपत्तियां वितरित की गईं।

कृषि मंत्री शिल्पा नेहा तिर्की ने उद्घाटन भाषण में किसानों से स्वावलंबी ‘कृषक उद्यमी’ बनने का आह्वान किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार की मंशा किसानों को केवल उत्पादक ही नहीं, बल्कि तकनीकी रूप से दक्ष बनाना है। उन्होंने विशेष रूप से महिलाओं, किसान समूहों और व्यक्तिगत लाभुकों को लक्षित करते हुए बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री ट्रैक्टर वितरण योजना और कृषि यंत्रीकरण योजना के तहत अनुदान आधारित परिसंपत्तियां पारदर्शिता के साथ दी जा रही हैं।

मंत्री ने किसानों को जागरूक करते हुए कहा, “उपकरण चयन में पूर्ण स्वतंत्रता लाभुक की है। किसी भी अधिकारी को किसी ब्रांड का दबाव बनाने की अनुमति नहीं है।” उन्होंने किसानों से ऑनलाइन फ्रॉड और बिचौलियों से सावधान रहने की अपील की।

मंत्री तिर्की ने कार्यक्रम के अंत में स्वयं ट्रैक्टर चला कर यह संदेश दिया कि महिलाएं अब खेती के हर क्षेत्र में दक्षता से आगे बढ़ रही हैं। उन्होंने महिला कृषकों को आत्मनिर्भर बनने के लिए प्रेरित किया।

JAMTTC के कार्यपालक निदेशक आर.पी. सिंह ने जानकारी दी कि किसानों को आधुनिक कृषि यंत्र 80 से 90 प्रतिशत अनुदान पर उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे हैं, जिससे विशेषकर छोटे और मध्यम किसान सशक्त हो रहे हैं। उन्होंने किसानों से पारंपरिक पद्धति छोड़ वैज्ञानिक खेती अपनाने की अपील की।

तोरपा विधायक सुदीप गुड़िया ने कहा कि अब खेती विज्ञान आधारित हो चुकी है और सरकार की सहायता योजनाएं किसानों के जीवन में परिवर्तन ला रही हैं।

गुमला की उपायुक्त प्रेरणा दीक्षित ने विभिन्न जिलों से आए किसानों का स्वागत करते हुए कहा, “कृषि हमारे जीवन का मूल आधार है। तकनीक और नवाचार के साथ जुड़कर किसान अपनी खेती को लाभकारी बना सकते हैं।” उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि “AI के युग में भी खेती ही एक ऐसा क्षेत्र है जिसका कोई विकल्प नहीं।”

उपायुक्त ने बताया कि कार्यक्रम के दौरान गुमला जिले की 30 महिला कृषक समूहों को 30 ट्रैक्टर, 2 मिनी ट्रैक्टर समूहों को मिनी ट्रैक्टर, रोटावेटर तथा 100 पंपसेट और 4 सोलर पंपसेट 80–90% अनुदान पर वितरित किए गए।

2025-26 के लिए तय लक्ष्य:

• 120 ट्रैक्टर
• 80 सहायक कृषि यंत्र
• 26 मिनी ट्रैक्टर
• 867 पंपसेट
  इन योजनाओं से मार्च 2026 तक 4,467 किसान परिवारों को लाभ मिलेगा और लगभग 4,335 एकड़ भूमि की सिंचाई क्षमता में वृद्धि होगी।

कार्यक्रम का समापन भूमि संरक्षण निदेशालय के निदेशक अशोक सम्राट के धन्यवाद ज्ञापन के साथ हुआ। उन्होंने किसानों से वैज्ञानिक, नवाचारी और तकनीक आधारित खेती अपनाने का आह्वान किया।

यह कार्यक्रम केवल यंत्र वितरण का आयोजन नहीं था, बल्कि यह कृषि के भविष्य की ओर एक स्पष्ट संकेत था—जहां महिलाएं अग्रणी हैं, प्रक्रिया पारदर्शी है, और तकनीक मुख्य भूमिका निभा रही है। यदि इस दिशा में निरंतरता बनी रही, तो झारखंड के किसान निश्चित ही आत्मनिर्भरता और समृद्धि की राह पर तेज़ी से अग्रसर होंगे।
