जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार, गिरिडीह ने पॉक्सो एक्ट व मोटर वाहन दुर्घटना वाद के सभी स्टेकहोल्डर्स के बीच वर्कशॉप का आयोजन

पॉक्सो के मामलों में पदाधिकारियों की भूमिका,पीड़ित के प्रति संवेदनशील बर्ताव करने के बारे में सुझाव दिया गया

गिरिडीह : रांची झालसा के निर्देशानुसार एवं प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश-सह-अध्यक्ष, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गिरिडीह, मार्तंड प्रताप मिश्रा के मार्गदर्शन में रविवार को जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार, गिरिडीह की ओर से पॉक्सो एक्ट एवं मोटर वाहन दुर्घटना वाद से संबंधित मामलों के लिए एक दिवसीय वर्कशॉप का आयोजन व्यवहार न्यायालय परिसर गिरिडीह में किया गया।

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष महोदय, जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गिरिडीह मार्तंड प्रताप मिश्रा, उपायुक्त-सह-उपाध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गिरिडीह रामनिवास यादव, प्रधान न्यायाधीश कुटुंब न्यायालय, धनंजय कुमार, जिला एवं अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश प्रथम मनोज कुमार झा, पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ विमल कुमार, जिला अधिवक्ता संघ सचिव, चुन्नू कांत के कर कमलों द्वारा संयुक्त रूप दीप प्रज्वलित कर किया गया।

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए प्रधान जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष ने कहा कि पॉक्सो एक्ट एवं मोटर वाहन दुर्घटना वाद में सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के द्वारा महत्त्वपूर्ण दिशा-निर्देश सभी स्टेकहोल्डर के लिए प्रदान किया गया है। इन दिशा निर्देशों का अनुपालन विभिन्न स्तरों पर किए जाने से पॉक्सो एक्ट एवं मोटर वाहन दुर्घटना वाद से संबंधित पीड़ितों को त्वरित न्याय उपलब्ध कराया जा सकता है।

उपायुक्त रामनिवास यादव ने कहा कि आज का वर्कशॉप सभी स्टेकहोल्डर के लिए जैसे पुलिस पदाधिकारियों, चिकित्सकों, अधिवक्ताओं के लिए अत्यंत ही महत्वपूर्ण है। उन्होंने सभी से अपील की कि आज के इस वर्कशॉप के तकनीकी सत्र में विद्वान न्यायिक पदाधिकारियों एवं रिसोर्स पर्सन के द्वारा बताए जा रहे दिशा-निर्देशों का अनुपालन पॉक्सो एक्ट एवं मोटर वाहन दुर्घटना वाद से संबंधित मामलों में करें, ताकि इन मामलों के पीड़ितों को त्वरित एवं सुलभ न्याय प्रदान किया जा सके।

कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए गिरिडीह के पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ बिमल कुमार ने मोटर वाहन दुर्घटना वाद तथा पॉक्सो मामलों में पुलिस पदाधिकारियों, डॉक्टर की संवेदनशीलता एवं उनके कर्तव्यों के बारे में उन्हें जागरूक किया।

जिला अधिवक्ता संघ के सचिव चुन्नूकांत के द्वारा इस वर्कशॉप को कराने के लिए प्रधान जिला जज गिरिडीह एवं सचिव जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार गिरिडीह को धन्यवाद ज्ञापित किया गया। उन्होंने अधिवक्ता संघ के प्रतिनिधियों को इस वर्कशॉप में मोटर वाहन दुर्घटना वाद से संबंधित प्रावधानों को बारीकी पूर्वक समझने का सुझाव दिया।

कार्यक्रम के तकनीकी सत्र में जिला एवं अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश नवम राजेश कुमार बग्गा एवं जिला एवं अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश चतुर्थ हरिओम कुमार ने मोटर वाहन दुर्घटना वाद के विभिन्न प्रावधानों के ऊपर विस्तारपूर्वक बतलाते हुए इसमें न्यायिक पदाधिकारियों की भूमिका, पुलिस पदाधिकारियों की भूमिका, बीमा कंपनियों की भूमिका इत्यादि विषयों पर प्रतिभागियों को जानकारी प्रदान की। इसके उपरांत पुलिस उपाधीक्षक मो कौसर अली ने हिट एंड रन केस में परिवहन विभाग के माध्यम से मिलने वाले मुआवजा तथा वाद के अनुसंधान की प्रक्रियाओं के बारे में विस्तारपूर्वक बतलाया।

कार्यक्रम मेें जिला एवं अतिरिक्त सत्र न्यायाधीश दशम विशाल कुमार तथा न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी प्रथम श्रेणी सुश्री रीमा कुमारी ने प्रतिभागियों को पॉक्सो के मामलों में पदाधिकारियों के भूमिका, पीड़ित के प्रति संवेदनशील बर्ताव आदि के बारे में जरूरी पहलुओं पर जानकारी प्रदान की। कार्यक्रम का संचालन न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी सुश्री स्मृति त्रिपाठी ने किया।
