विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय में गुपचुप भूमि पूजन पर विवाद

स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों के नाम शीला पट्ट से गायब, प्रोटोकॉल उल्लंघन का आरोप

विनोबा भावे विश्वविद्यालय (वीबीयू) हजारीबाग में 54 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाले भवन के भूमि पूजन को लेकर बड़ा विवाद खड़ा हो गया है। झारखंड स्वतंत्रता सेनानी विचार मंच के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष एवं बरकट्ठा विधानसभा क्षेत्र के निर्दलीय प्रत्याशी बटेश्वर प्रसाद मेहता ने राज्यपाल सह विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलाधिपति को पत्र लिखकर इस पर गंभीर आपत्ति जताई है।
मेहता का आरोप है कि 9 अगस्त को विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. चंद्र भूषण शर्मा ने गुपचुप तरीके से भूमि पूजन किया। इस कार्यक्रम में न तो विश्वविद्यालय के शिक्षक, कर्मचारी और छात्र शामिल थे, न ही हजारीबाग के वे स्थानीय लोग जिन्हें विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना में योगदान रहा है।सबसे गंभीर आरोप शीला पट्ट को लेकर है। बटेश्वर मेहता ने कहा कि अनावरण की गई पट्टी में स्थानीय सांसद और विधायक का नाम न होना प्रोटोकॉल का उल्लंघन है, जबकि इसमें विश्वविद्यालय के कुलानुशासक और वित्त सलाहकार के नाम दर्ज हैं—जो न केवल इस फंड को लाने में भूमिका नहीं रखते थे, बल्कि कार्यक्रम में मौजूद भी नहीं थे।

बटेश्वर प्रसाद मेहता ने आरोप लगाया कि यह कदम जातीय राजनीति का हिस्सा है, क्योंकि पट्टी में दर्ज दोनों अधिकारी कुलपति के स्वजातीय बताए जाते हैं और इनमें से एक पर गंभीर भ्रष्टाचार के आरोप भी हैं।उन्होंने पत्र में उल्लेख किया कि भवन का निर्माण केंद्र सरकार के “मेरु” योजना के तहत हो रहा है, जिसके लिए कुल 99.6 करोड़ रुपये मिले हैं, जिनमें से 54 करोड़ की लागत से यह भवन बनेगा। मेहता के अनुसार, सांसद और विधायक ने इस राशि को लाने में बड़ी भूमिका निभाई है, ऐसे में उनका नाम शीला पट्टी से हटाना निंदनीय है।

बटेश्वर मेहता ने राज्यपाल से मांग की है कि इस गुपचुप भूमि पूजन और विवादित शीला पट्टी पर संज्ञान लेते हुए पट्टी को हटाकर नई पट्टी लगवाने का आदेश दें, जिसमें स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों के नाम हों। साथ ही भवन निर्माण कार्य की गुणवत्ता सुनिश्चित करने के लिए भी सख्त निर्देश जारी किए जाएं।
