10 कॉमिक्स बुक के माध्यम से बच्चो में विकसित की जाएगी सामजिक और भावनात्मक समझ

✦ जीवन कौशल विकास के अंतर्गत KGBV, JBAV और रांची के चयनित 100 स्कूलों से कार्यक्रम का हो रहा है संचालन

राज्य में जीवन कौशल विकास (Life Skills Development) के अन्तर्गत कस्तुरबा गांधी बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय, झारखण्ड बालिका आवासीय विद्यालय एवं राँची जिला के माध्यमिक /उच्च माध्यमिक के चयनित 100 विद्यालयों (जहाँ गैर आवासीय विद्यालय संचालित है) में KYON कार्ड और आधा-पूर्ण कॉमिक के माध्यम से किशोरावस्था की भागीदारी को मज़बूत करने के लिए व्यापक कार्यक्रम चलाया जा रहा है। इस कार्यक्रम के तहत् यूनिसेफ के द्वारा 10 कॉमिक्स बुक्स का संग्रह आधा फुल कॉमिक बच्चो को उपलब्ध कराया गया है। जिससे बच्चे लैंगिक समानता, शारीरिक शर्मिंदगी, भावनात्मक विकास और मनोसामाजिक कल्याण की समझ को विकसित किया जाएगा। तथा एक KYON Card विकसित किया गया है, इसका उपयोग अभिभावकों को उक्त कार्यक्रम में सम्मिलित करने हेतु अभिभावक शिक्षक बैठक (PTM) में किया जायेगा।

आज इस संबंध में झारखंड शिक्षा परियोजना परिषद एवं यूनिसेफ के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला की शुरुआत हुई। उक्त कार्यशाला में राज्य कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी डॉ. अविनव कुमार, यूनिसेफ की शिक्षा विशेषज्ञ श्रीमती पारुल शर्मा, यूनिसेफ की सामाजिक व्यवहार परिवर्तन विशेषज्ञ श्रीमती जोशीला पल्लपति, सभी 24 जिलों से मास्टर ट्रेनर, देवनेट, ड्रीम एंड ड्रीम, उगम फाउंडेशन, प्लान इंडिया से रिसोर्स पर्सन शामिल हुए। कार्यशाला को संबोधित करते हुए राज्य कार्यक्रम पदाधिकारी डॉ. अविनाव कुमार ने कहा कि बच्चों के समग्र विकास में जीवन कौशल की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। इस पहल से किशोरों में न केवल आत्मविश्वास मिलेगा, बल्कि वे सामाजिक चुनौतियों का सामना भी मजबूती से कर सकेंगे। अभिभावकों की सक्रिय भागीदारी से यह कार्यक्रम और भी प्रभावी सिद्ध होगा।

शिक्षा विशेषज्ञ श्रीमती पारुल शर्मा ने कहा कि जाने अनजाने में बच्चे, विशेषकर बालिकाएं सामाजिक व् रूढ़िवादी रूप रंग से सम्बंधित अवधारणाओं के कारण हींन भावना से ग्रस्त हो जाती है। उन्हें यह महसूस करवाया जाता है कि वे अगर और गोरी, लम्बी, या दुबली होती तो बेहतर होता। इस सोच को बदलना ज़रूरी है। हमें बच्चियों को बताना है कि वे आत्मसम्मान के साथ जिए और दूसरो के द्वारा तय किये मापदंडो को खुद पर न थोपे। श्रीमती जोशीला पल्लपति ने कहा कि किशोरावस्था वह अवस्था है जहाँ बच्चों को सबसे अधिक मार्गदर्शन और सहारे की आवश्यकता होती है। आधा फुल कॉमिक्स और KYON कार्ड बच्चों को संवेदनशील विषयों पर खुलकर सोचने और अपने अनुभव साझा करने का अवसर देंगे। यह पहल उनके आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ परिवार और समुदाय को भी सकारात्मक बदलाव की ओर प्रेरित करेगी।
