देवघर डीसी ने कई फरियादियों की ऑन द स्पॉट शिकायतें दूूर की, अन्य शिकायतें हफ्ते भर में दूूर करने के लिए अधिकारियों को दिया कड़ा निर्देश

देवघर: जिले के उपायुक्त नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा जनता दरबार में आए फरियादियों की समस्याओं के समाधान और उसके त्वरित निष्पादन को लेकर बेहद गंभीर हैं. इसके लिए जिलास्तर के सभी अधिकारी व कर्मियों को मौके पर उपस्थित रखा जाता है ताकि यथासंभव ऑन द स्पॉट समस्याओं का समाधान हो जाए. जनता दरबार मंगलवार, गुरूवार एवं शनिवार को समाहरणालय में पूर्वाह्न 10ः30 से 11ः30 बजे तक आयोजन किया जा रहा है।

जनता दरबार में जिले के शहरी तथा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों के लोगों ने भू-अर्जन व मुआवजा भुगतान से संबंधित, अनुकम्पा, बिजली बिल माफी, झारखण्ड मुख्यमंत्री मईंया सम्मान योजना, फसल बीमा योजना, भू-राजस्व, पेंशन, आवास से जुड़े मामलों को उपायुक्त के समक्ष रखा गया।

डीसी ने उपस्थित सभी लोगों से एक-एक कर उनकी समस्याएँ सुनी और सभी शिकायतों की जाँच कराते हुए जल्द से जल्द सभी का समाधान करने की बात कही. जनता दरबार के दौरान झारखण्ड मुख्यमंत्री मईंया सम्मान योजना, पेंशन एवं राजस्व से संबंधित मामलों को ऑन स्पॉट निराकरण कर दिया गया।

जनता दरबार के दौरान विभिन्न आवेदन शिकायत के रूप में आये, जो कि जिले के विभिन्न विभागों से संबंधित थे। ऐसे में जनता दरबार में सभी शिकायतकर्ता की समस्याएँ को सुनने के पश्चात डीसी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को आवेदनों की भौतिक जांच करते हुए, उसका समाधान जल्द से जल्द करने का अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया।

उन्होंने सभी संबंधित अधिकारियों से कहा है कि इन शिकायतों पर त्वरित कार्रवाई करते हुए एक सप्ताह के अंदर अपना प्रतिपुष्टि उपायुक्त कार्यालय को समर्पित करें, ताकि शिकायतों के निष्पादन की निगरानी की जा सके।

कई मामलों का ऑन द स्पॉट निष्पादन

जनता दरबार के दौरान विभिन्न आवेदन शिकायत के रूप में आये, जो कि जिले के विभिन्न विभागों से संबंधित थे। ऐसे में जनता दरबार में सभी शिकायतकर्ता की समस्याएँ को सुनने के पश्चात डीसी नमन प्रियेश लकड़ा ने संबंधित विभाग के अधिकारियों को आवेदनों की भौतिक जांच करते हुए, उसका समाधान जल्द से जल्द करने का अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिया।
