गिरिडीह डीसी ने औद्योगिक संस्थानों को ESP मशीन इंस्टॉल करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया, उसरी नदी के संरक्षण तथा पर्यावरण समिति के कार्यों की चर्चा हुई

गिरिडीह : जिले के उपायुक्त-सह-अध्यक्ष, जिला पर्यावरण समिति की अध्यक्षता में जिला स्तरीय पर्यावरण समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गयी। बैठक में उपायुक्त, रामनिवास यादव के द्वारा पूर्व की बैठक में दिए गए दिशा-निर्देशों के उचित अनुपालन की विस्तृत समीक्षा की गई तथा संबंधित अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिया गया।

समीक्षा के क्रम में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि शहर के प्रमुख चौक-चौराहों पर डिस्प्ले बोर्ड लगाने का निर्देश, जिससे कि औद्योगिक क्षेत्र के प्रवेशिय वायु का नियमित आकलन किया जा सकें और आमजनों को भी वायु प्रदूषण की स्थिति की जानकारी प्राप्त हो।

इसके साथ ही उपायुक्त ने सभी औद्योगिक संस्थानों को ESP मशीन इंस्टॉल करने का सख्त निर्देश दिया. इसके अलावा बैठक में उसरी नदी के संरक्षण तथा पर्यावरण समिति के उद्देश्य व कार्यों के संबंध में चर्चा की गई।

अवैध बालू खनन, डंपिंग, स्टोन माइंस व क्रशर के संचालन की गहनता से जांच करें

उपायुक्त ने उसरी नदी के सफाई और संरक्षण हेतु वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 के लिए उपलब्ध कराए गए सीएसआर फंड के क्रियान्वयन की जानकारी प्राप्त की तथा संबंधित अधिकारी को आवश्यक निर्देश दिए। उपायुक्त ने पर्यावरण प्रदूषण को कम करने के उद्देश्य से सीसीएल परियोजना के आस-पास के क्षेत्रों में ज्यादा से ज्यादा संख्या में वृक्षारोपण करने का निर्देश दिया।

जिले में हो रही अवैध बालू खनन, डंपिंग एवं स्टोन माइंस, क्रशर के संचालन की गहनता से जांच कर उचित कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए गए। उपायुक्त ने शहर के गंदे नालों की उचित साफ सफाई, तथा गंदे नालों की पानी को फिल्टर करने के उपरांत ही नदी में प्रवाहित करने के निर्देश दिए।

अस्पतालों से उत्सर्जित कचरों का निस्तारण तय समय पर करने का निर्देश 

औद्योगिक प्रतिष्ठानों के द्वारा उत्सर्जित कचरों के निस्तारण के संबंध में उपायुक्त ने कहा कि सभी औद्योगिक प्रतिष्ठान यह सुनिश्चित करें कि कचरा जहां-तहां डंप न हो। औद्योगिक प्रतिष्ठान इंडस्ट्रीज से निकलने वाले कचरों को सही स्थान पर डंप करें, जिससे स्थानीय ग्रामीणों को समस्या न हो।

इसके अलावा शहर में संचालित नर्सिंग होम से उत्सर्जित कचरों के निस्तारण के संबंध में कहा गया कि सभी सरकारी अस्पतालों को C.T.O लेना जरूरी है। साथ ही नर्सिंग होम से उत्सर्जित कचरों का निस्तारण तय समय पर करने का निर्देश दिया गया।

बैठक में पुलिस अधीक्षक, पूर्वी वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी, पश्चिमी वन प्रमंडल पदाधिकारी, अपर समाहर्ता, सभी अनुमंडल पदाधिकारी, जिला परिवहन पदाधिकारी, उप नगर आयुक्त, नगर निगम, जिला खनन पदाधिकारी, फैक्टरी इंस्पेक्टर, महाप्रबंधक, सीसीएल, क्षेत्रीय पदाधिकारी, प्रदूषण नियंत्रण, कारखाना निरीक्षक, कार्यपालक अभियंता, लघु सिंचाई विभाग आदि समेत अन्य संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
