नई दिल्ली : झारखंड बीजेपी के महामंत्री एवं राज्यसभा सदस्य डॉ. प्रदीप कुमार वर्मा ने गुरुवार को प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी से मुलाकात की और राज्य की गंभीर समस्याओं एवं चुनौतियों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की।
इस अवसर पर डॉ. वर्मा ने प्रधानमंत्री को अवगत कराया कि बांग्लादेशी घुसपैठ और धर्मांतरण की वजह से झारखंड की जनसंख्या संरचना में तेजी से परिवर्तन हो रहा है, जो सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक संतुलन के लिए गंभीर खतरा है। कोयला चोरी और ध्वस्त कानून व्यवस्था ने राज्य को संकट की स्थिति में खड़ा कर दिया है।
उन्होंने पीएम को बताया कि उभरते हुए संथाली आदिवासी आंदोलनकारी नेता सूर्य नारायण हाँसदा की पुलिस द्वारा सुनियोजित नृशंस हत्या की घटना ने पूरे राज्य को हिलाकर रख दिया है।
डॉ. प्रदीप कुमार वर्मा ने प्रधानमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि केंद्र सरकार द्वारा झारखंड में आधारभूत संरचनाओं के विकास हेतु किए जा रहे कार्य सराहनीय और ऐतिहासिक हैं। उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि प्रधानमंत्री के मार्गदर्शन और केंद्र सरकार के सहयोग से झारखंड की इन चुनौतियों का समाधान अवश्य होगा।
