नई दिल्ली 2025 विश्व पैरा चैंपियनशिप: पीएम मोदी के समर्थन से 104 देशों के 2,500 खिलाड़ी होंगे शामिल

लखनऊ, अगस्त 2025 — भारत पहली बार विश्व पैरा चैंपियनशिप की मेज़बानी कर एक नया इतिहास लिखने जा रहा है। यह भव्य आयोजन 27 सितंबर से 5 अक्टूबर 2025 तक राजधानी दिल्ली के जवाहरलाल नेहरू स्टेडियम (जेएलएन स्टेडियम) में होगा, जिसमें 104 देशों से 2,500 से अधिक पैरा-एथलीट्स और सहयोगी दल हिस्सा लेंगे।

प्रधानमंत्री मोदी को मिला आमंत्रण

पैरालंपिक कमेटी ऑफ इंडिया (PCI) की मुख्य संरक्षक एवं विधायक श्रीमती वनाति श्रीनिवासन ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से भेंट की। इस दौरान उन्होंने पुष्पगुच्छ और पारंपरिक अंगवस्त्र अर्पित कर उन्हें इस वैश्विक आयोजन के उद्घाटन समारोह में शामिल होने के लिए आमंत्रित किया।

खेल से बढ़कर, जज़्बे का उत्सव

इस चैम्पियनशिप को केवल खेल प्रतियोगिता नहीं, बल्कि मानव जज़्बे, साहस और दृढ़ संकल्प का उत्सव माना जा रहा है। प्रतियोगिता में पुरुष, महिला और मिश्रित श्रेणियों में 186 मेडल इवेंट्स होंगे। अमेरिका, जर्मनी, जापान, ऑस्ट्रेलिया, इंग्लैंड, चीन और फ्रांस समेत कई खेल महाशक्तियाँ इसमें शामिल होंगी।

विश्वस्तरीय सुविधाओं से लैस होगा जेएलएन स्टेडियम

आयोजन स्थल जेएलएन स्टेडियम को नए सिरे से सुसज्जित किया गया है। इसमें अत्याधुनिक तकनीक, उन्नत खेल अवसंरचना और दिव्यांगजन-अनुकूल सुविधाएँ जोड़ी गई हैं, ताकि खिलाड़ियों से लेकर दर्शकों तक सभी को सहज और विश्वस्तरीय अनुभव मिल सके।
